KBS Drama Special 2012: Business District

Sang Gwon, a construction worker, loses a bag containing his overdue wages after a night of heavy drinking. With no memory of what happened, he desperately searches for it, even asking his only friend, Jeong Ho, for help, but to no avail. Sang Gwon’s life has been marked by hardship. His mother abandoned him when he was young, his father was abusive, and his wife eventually left him as well. Jeong Ho remains the only person he can rely on. While searching for the missing bag, Sang Gwon learns that a Korean-Chinese worker, Mr. Mun, has been murdered in an alley. The police discover that Sang Gwon was drunk on the night of the incident—but he cannot recall anything. Although he had no close relationship with Mr. Mun, suspicion quickly fell on him, and he was arrested for the murder.
