Both dramas involve psychology of crime, i.e. profiling and they have the same kind of clever humour which makes one laugh out loud in the middle of a serious case. Both have great leads with outstanding performances.

Both are crime solving, detective dramas. There's quite a bit of profiling in both and a lot of psychology stuff in them. Best of all, both are comedy so it's not boring.

Although the dramas are quite different in the sense that BOSS is a lot more comedic, there are still quite a few similarities with the 2 dramas.
Both have strong female detective leads who are both in change of investigation units.
Both have very well thought out crime cases.

Both about outlier & intelligent thinking, counter-system detectives and solid teams lead by police outcasts. Both are well written,cast of diverse actors with intricate & complex story-lines.

They both use different forms of profiling to solve cases.

Both are good police drama with strong main female character who lead the team of detectives. Both are very interesting, but in my opinion, H.I.T. is a little bit better and has more romantic and funny storyline :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Both are crime dramas centering around a female lead detective managing a bunch of misfit detectives. Similar vibes and humor watching their comedic antics in solving crimes.

A fearless no nonsense female lead in charge of leading a bunch of oddballs in field investigations. BOSS is her hunting down criminals while Ogon is her exposing corruption. Both have good mix of comedy and seriousness with good story telling and pacing.

a team with strong leader, interesting members, investigation for cases, the world of male, but gave enough proportion to show females' strength and weaknesses, balancing action, emotion, sentimental, thrilling, funny, silly, dramatic scenes.

A group of "misfits" who dislikes the police bureaucratic way of doing things end up in a special team to solve crimes their way and risk having the team disbanded if they make a mistake.

Amami Yuki played in this drama too. Both are crime dramas with a tough female as the main character. I truly enjoyed both drama.
