Both movies are about Psychiatry ward. Young couple. There are sadness and funny moment. Human passion, live life, connection, how they were treated inhuman and lost dignity

Both were discussing about mental illness and the setting is the same.
Also the presentation of what's going on in one patient's mind is similar.

Both were set in a mental hospital. Both portrayal of the characters are amazingly done. Both can give you that smile after some weird scenes they come up.

Both are set in a mental hospital and have a wide range of characters. Shoot My Heart is about bromance while I'm a Cyborg, But That's Ok has romance. Still they are both movies about healing and helping each other.

Both young leads in both movies are weird. They live in their own world. Great chemistry and sync. Very funny but heard warming.
