When a Snail Falls in Love Episode 2

Major Crimes team investigates a case where blades are hidden in public areas and harming citizens. The case leads to the Ye Corporation household, who's family member, Ye Zi, is friends with Ji Bai. They get permission from Ye Qiao (Ye Zi's cousin) to search her home and Xu Xu makes the conclusion that Zhang Shiyong (Ye Qiao's husband) is kidnapped. Ji Bai visits Ze Yi's family when he gets the call from Team Leader Zhao Han and comes back . The kidnappers have called Ye Qiao with their ransom demand and Xu Xu consels her. They go to a shopping mall for the drop off of money when the unit arrest a man who took the briefcase full of money. However, he was only a distraction for the real kidnapper. Luckily Xu Xu notices a janitors weird behaviour by the drop off point and tails him. But she does a bad job and becomes a hostage.
