Both story are about teen pregnancy however Ano Ko no Kodomo is a story about High-school students when 14-sai no Haha is about younger Middle-school students. Ano Ko no Kodomo is a shorter drama but brings a new approach as a 2024 drama, based on a manga. The couple, family and friends emotions are well developed.

This is a love story about Ogawa Manami, a high school teacher who grew up in a strict family, and Kaworu, a host who is not good at reading and writing, as they search for love despite the obstacles they face. Manami is being pressured to marry a man she met through her father's introduction, and the high school where she works is also facing a crisis of class collapse. She spends her days lamenting, "I want to run away from this place."

One day, she receives a call saying that a student has been deceived by an unscrupulous host, and she rushes to the store to bring the female student back, where she meets Kaworu. Kaworu has to sign a promissory note promising not to contact the student in the future, and Manami finds out about the problem that he had kept secret from anyone until then. In the play, the two gradually become closer through Manami's secret "private lessons," in which she teaches Kaworu about language and society.

A reverse romantic comedy about a "shotgun romance" that begins with a one-night stand between a man and a woman who both vowed never to get married in this lifetime.

Kang Du Jun, a seemingly perfect second-generation chaebol from head to toe. Having decided that marriage was not in the cards for this life, he lives for his remaining family and company in place of his deceased older brother. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when he becomes entangled with Jang Hui Won after a wild one-night fling.

Jang Hui Won, a career woman who scores 100 in work but 0 in romance. Scarred by her parents’ divorce and a harsh upbringing under a cold, critical mother, she has shut herself off from the idea of marriage and embraced singlehood by choice. But her carefully structured life faces an unforeseen twist following that one impulsive night.

They are both taboo dramas (one is about forbidden love, other about 14 years old girl getting pregnant), but the most important thing is that they are both about people with pure and innocent hearts, who are judged and bullied by the society full of people whose hearts are stained and filled with regret, indignation and envy. They are stories about pure love, compassion and friendship. They are stories about individuals who are left no choice but to fight against everyone in order to be able to become truly free.

Both handles a story about giving birth. In 14 sai no haha it's teenage girl giving birth and in Umareru it's +50 year old mother giving birth. Both dramas are really good.
