Episode Title: Rescue People
Yu Jin disguises himself as a businessman looking to make a profit by selling grains at a high price in flood-stricken areas. He meets the son of the Xiushui county magistrate who convinces him to change his original route to Jiangbei province to Xiushui instead. The Xiushui county magistrate and Jiangbei minister await the arrival of Yu Jin, ready with their own schemes.
