Heaven's Story (2010)

A young girl named Sato sees Tomoki on TV, expressing his desire to kill Mitsuo, the convicted murderer of his wife and child. Mitsuo, a troubled runaway, killed Tomoki's wife and baby before raping her body. Sato, whose parents were also murdered, was suicidal at 8 but found hope after hearing Tomoki’s words. Years later, she follows Mitsuo’s release and possible revenge by Tomoki, while Tomoki has remarried and regained some normalcy.
