Castle In Time
Zhang ZheHan is very handsome and possesses a perfect body. A very talented actor indeed and though just watched the first episode will definitely continue watching. Although it was filmed a few years ago but doesn’t seem outdated. And I also like the lead actress as well. Though this is one of Zhang ZheHan’s earlier works but he shows good acting skills. It is fun to watch and is very enjoyable! Definitely worth me getting up so early to watch the first episode and I’m looking forward to watch the next episode.Was this review helpful to you?
Together with Park Min Young, the combination of handsome men and beautiful women is quite acting.
Although the film was made a few years ago, it is still timeless to watch now and is highly recommended.

PLOT: FL, a paleontology student, becomes the assistant of ML, a star actor (egocentric), to get closer to her mother, a director. She wants her mother (long divorced) to be closer to her father who is terminally ill with cancer. The ML is slowly softening. Then the father dies. The FL's mother, the CL, the ML2, want to continue the movie (despite the obstacles created by the Villain) to pay tribute to the father.

+++ FL3 (FanFei) is very funny, and one of my favorite characters.
### Eng subs VERY VERY bad (sometimes absent), OK after ep 30. The production is not neat (no attention to details), the editing is very bad ლಠ益ಠ)ლ and the sound is horrible!!
### Some scenes are unrealistic (grave of a deceased person on a beach? Sets for a film about dinosaurs made entirely of plastic?). The characters' behavior is excessively childish at times. How old are they?
### Most women (in love) are totally stupid, naive, reckless,...
### Lots of cliches.
=>This series could have been excellent, but it was ruined by post-production!!

PLOT: La FL, étudiante en paléontologie, devient l'assistante du ML, acteur star (égocentrique), pour se rapprocher de sa mère, réalisatrice. Elle veut que sa mère (divorcée depuis longtemps) se rapproche de son père en phase terminale d'1 cancer. Le ML s'adoucit doucement. Puis le père meurt. Cpdt, la mère, le CL, le ML2, veulent continuer le film (malgré les obstacles créés par le Villain) pr rendre hommage au père DCD.
+++ Un super cute CL, beau et talentueux.

+++ La FL3 (FanFei) est très drôle, et un de mes personnages favoris.
### Eng subs TRES TRES mauvais (parfois absents), OK après ép 30. La réalis° n'est pas soignée (pas d'attention aux détails), l'édition est très mauvaise et le son horrible !!
### Certaines scènes sont irréalistes (tombe d'1 défunt sur une plage ? Décors d'1 film sur les dinosaures tout en plastic ? ). Le comportement des personnages est excessivement puéril parfois. Ils ont quel âge ?
### La plupart des femmes (amoureuses) sont totalement stupides, naïves, imprudentes, ...
### Bcp bcp de clichés.
=>Cette série aurait pu être excellente, mais c'est gâché par la post-production !!

📝 Review (WARNING: Potential Spoilers — I’m Not Saving You from Emotional Damage)Oh man, the first dozen episodes? Cute, polished, and honestly kind of addictive. Xu Zhen’s relentless energy against Gu Chi Jun’s antics had me grinning, and their banter almost made me forget the looming corporate chaos. I found myself thinking, “Okay, fine, I’ll just keep watching a little…” and then suddenly, there I was, ten episodes in.
Then… mid-season. Ugh. Slow. Painfully slow. The energy just drains out. Those drawn-out stares, hesitations, and the kisses where Gu Chi Jun somehow always recoils? I kept yelling at the screen, “Do you even like each other?!” And don’t get me started on the corporate subplot and side characters who do… nothing. Seriously, let’s move this along, people.
And the dubbing. Oh my god, the dubbing. I spent half the time trying to match the lips with the voices. “Wait, Park is Korean, right? And that’s… Park Min-young? Oh no…” Once you notice it, you cannot un-see it. Suddenly the main plot is just watching her lips flail awkwardly in time with the dialogue.
By the finale, it’s still cute and polished enough to finish. A solid one-time watch. The slow pacing and dubbing are real obstacles, but the charm of the cast—and those quirky little sabotage moments—keep it just barely entertaining.
💭 Final Mood
“From ‘aww’ to ‘oh no’ in record time. Casual watch energy, but draggy and occasionally cringeworthy. Park Min-young deserves a medal for keeping it all together. 7/10 for effort, heart, and those rare little laughs.”

Enjoy Happy Hours
I had thought Castle in the Time was a romantic drama with handsome Gu Chijun and beauty Xu Zhen,in fact it is!At the same time,it’s a drama full of happiness,I could not help laughing in every episode.Gu Chijun is a tough and gentle man,Xu Zhen is a cute and brave girl.When they met with each other,the TV screen start to sent both sweet and funny vibes.
Both Park Min Young and Zhang Zhehan showed their talented acting, nice to see them again,please go on!

Enjoyable romantic comedy with eye candy leads and cute maltese
Castle in the Time is a very enjoyable romantic drama comedy. I love the male and female leads Zhang Zhe Han and Park Min Young! They are both eye candies and their acting is very natural! Being a dinosaur lover, I also love the palaeontologist element in the show. The little Maltese Xiao Jun Jun is also extremely adorable. Now only into the 5th episode, expect more and more exciting twists and turns to the storyline! Go watch if you have not yet done so yet! Great first episode, fun to watch
It’s the first episode but I am already having so much fun. The story line was old, after all its shot like 7-8 years ago but acting was good, both leading actors were great portraying their roles. Gu (by Zhang Zhehan) is handsome as always. I am a fan for Zhang Zhehan, this series was one of his earlier works but already showing good acting skills. And very thrilling to watch a super star portraits another superstar. I have to say the screen writing is very old, but it actually brought me a lot of joy, to my own surprise haha. Looking forward to the next episode already.Update: have watched 5 episodes now and it's really fun, I love Gu now, so cute. the puppy is lovely too!

Very charm leading actor ZhangZheHan
The beginning of the story is a bit exaggerated, an arrogant super star meets an ordinary lady… yet when it goes on it is so lighthearted and funny. The leading actor Zhang Zhe Han exudes a sense of spirituality and handsomeness whenever he appears. He is truly very charming,!!! Even if it is just with his eyes to act, he acts very well and has soul. Leading actress Park Min Young also acting very well & natural.Noted this drama was already filmed many years ago! Much looking forward for Zhang’s upcoming unreleased or newly produced dramas!

A drama that can be easily enjoyed
A drama that can be easily enjoyed . The plot isn't complicated, with some humorous moments. The male lead is very handsome, and the female lead is beautiful. The male protagonist, Gu Chijun, may seem cold and self-centered at first, with many iconic scenes, but as the story unfolds, you'll discover that he is actually quite clear-headed, kind, and principled.The actor who plays the male protagonist Gu Chijun, Zhang Zhehan, came to my attention through 'Word of Honor' in 2021. Afterward, I watched some of his other dramas and found that he is a very talented actor who seems to immerse himself completely in his roles. Looking back at this drama from several years ago is quite interesting. As an idol drama, the plot is engaging, and I look forward to the developments. The supporting cast also gets ample time to showcase their acting skills in this drama. I'll continue to follow it.

Easy and Happy Drama
It's obvious that this is a light comedy, with good-looking actors and a complete story line.Zhang zhehan and Rachel Park are both my favorite actors. The performances of the supporting actors are also pretty good. Although the drama was filmed in 2016, the filming level of the drama is not outdated.
I have only seen 4 episodes so far, and I hope that the subsequent stories will unfold reasonably and interestingly.
This is a relaxed and romantic love story. Great for casual viewing after work. I think I will continue to follow the series. . .
