Grain price skyrockets, resulting in killing incidents in the market. Deok Man starts to look into the movements of the traders and finds out that it was the nobles who purchased the grain at high prices. She however cannot understand the reason why and comes to consult with Mi Shil. Bi Dam is now in charge of guiding Chun Chu, in replacement of Yu Shin.
