characters played their role so impressivly.
some scenes are so relatable that tend to be happen between male frends and often misundestood by others while can be haeven for some girls.
hhahahah it was fullof expectation and reality what we r expecting it was totly diffrent from our eyes and thoughts.
their signature dialogue "ahh! shibal!" means ah! fuck! on every end of their scenes which creates moe comical sound towards their script.
totally worth watching when u feel bored or feel sad must watch.

A "pick me up" mini-drama with bite-sized episodes, packed with humor and very entertaining
I had a super fun time watching this series which features two neighbours with a very awkward and then wholesome relationship. The plot is totally surreal and ultra parodic, with a lot of diverted staples in the BL genre. It is not really a BL but much more an humorous take on the odd relationship between two guys. Friendship or love, that's left to the viewer's interpretation for sure and that's not really the point of the series.The cast was quite good. I like a lot Choi Woo Shik and he did not disappoint here: he has an excellent comedic timing. Jan Ki Yong is an excellent discovery : his character is very dead-panned and attractive. Definitely an excellent pairing with his costar. Jang Hee Ryung is completing the cast. Without her character, I feel the comedic aspect would have been lessen as she is really the one creating the awkwardness and the laugh at the actions of the two boys.
Production value is quite modest in itself but good enough for the series. The behind-the-scenes were a nice addition to the watch as it clearly showed how much the actors had fun shooting this mini drama. The soundtrack of the series was pretty good as well, with a couple of songs that made me very nostalgic.
I would recommend this to people that are looking for a fun and short watch. If you like parody and BL stories, this one will definitely make your day brighter and lighter. It is very short (maybe even too short, i would have loved to see more, I feel the concept could even have been further exploited) and totally worth a shot.

This is a very short web drama - 15 episodes, 5-6 min. each only - about two guys, neighbors, who maybe, sorta, kinda fall for each other through a series of mad mishaps. At the beginning, they hate each other like the plague, then they’re forced to move in together and then they fall for the same girl and start to get jealous - but the funny thing is, not of each other but of the girl. The series is left open-ended and if they do or don’t end up as a couple is basically left to the viewer - similar to Matching! Boys’ Archery Club - but the characters seem very, very happy with where they end up. Was this review helpful to you?
Hilarious // Stress reliever
If you're having a bad day or you just want to have fun then this is highly recommended. It will be a regret if you won't even try.This was an amazing web drama I have ever watched. It was so funny from the start 'til the end. It was more enjoyable as it only ranges 10 minutes per episode which can be watched in one sitting.
From the acting, scenes, background music, moreover the edit it was all wonderful and humorous. The plot per episode was connected so it made me satisfied. It was a great web drama overall.

I couldn't stop laughing while watching . This is the funniest drama ever. The whole premise is so damn funny . Moreover, it's short and can be enjoyed any time again and again.Both the actors are perfectly casted but for Choi woo shik steals the show . He proves his versatility through this.
I am glad that I found out this. It's hilarious.
If any one is having a bad day, they can watch this. This sure can lift up the bad mood.
Watched this almost 5 times and still more to go. Definitely love to have season 2.

Very cute! Short episodes, but I really enjoyed watching this. I laughed out loud several times. I was also curious about the budget as I haven't seen a web drama with this sort of production value. I was pleasantly surprised.
While I'm not sure why it was tagged romance (as it's basically just a bromance and a series of misunderstandings), I still enjoyed this. I hope Gilgae and Kyuntae have a long friendship! (Although, I am a bit surprised they didn't decide go full on romance).

HILARIOUS!!! MORE PLEASE!!!
This series had me in stitches. I was laughing hysterically at 2:00 in the morning! Great series, great script, love the effects. It is fast paced, no unnecessary scenes. Yes, some of the situations are ridiculous (some even absurd), but hey, this is a comedy! Just enjoy the ride.The only downside is: Why doesn’t it have a sequel???

Perfect, wonderful, good looking cast. Choi Woo Shik made me cry and laugh at the same time in the finale. There’s also a minor role that tutor guy from LOVE WITH FLAWS. Mina (Jang Hee Ryung) is charming you’d root for her to get someone. Anyone.
MUSIC
Perfect musical scoring. It was not intrusive and didn’t catch attention to itself. That duet towards the end!!! Hahaha!!! I’d love to watch that over and over and over. That was the first hint that something was developing between our two leads.
MY FOURTH PERFECT 10 SCORE
I’ve watched dozens of BL series from Japan, South Korea, Thailand, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Vietnam, but so far I have given only THREE perfect 10 rating. Those are for I TOLD SUNSET ABOUT YOU (Thailand), CHERRY MAGIC (Japan), and GAMEBOYS (Philippines). I would have given it to China’s ADDICTED HEROIN, but that’s an unfinished product, so I gave it a 9.5.
Will I watch THE BOY NEXT DOOR AGAIN? If I have time, why not? Watch this if you want to laugh hard. It's a great series with a lovely cast and superb acting.

An amazing story! All episodes were around less than 10 minutes. The awkward situations in each episode were so fun to watch. It had me laughing the whole time. Choi Woo Shik and Jang Ki Yong did an amazing job! It was fun to watch even though the series were short. I loved the music as it was in sync with the scenes.
I'll definitely watch it again.
Overall: It is entertaining enough to bring out a laugh. The idea of the story was interesting to grasp my attention from the first episode. After that I was hooked. Even though it ended in like half an hour, I was glad that I watched it.

…With The Boy Next Door
Story: Overall a very funny, lighthearted, and short drama. The amount of misunderstandings people had about Gi-tae and Gyu-tae made me laugh. I also love the cameo Joy had in it and how Gyu-tae ended up dancing the Russian Roulette with her.Acting/Cast: The casting of the leads were great. Got two well known names in the drama world and showed how they can perform well in quirky and funny shows. Loved Woo-shik in this because this is my first time seeing him play a more goofy character. The acting was made to be over exaggerated which didn’t ruin the flow of the story which was nice.
Overall: Since this is a very short drama, it can be something many K-drama watchers can cross off their list easily. If you are looking for something to pass the time in a short notice, this show is perfect to watch.
