Cried from laughter
The funniest drama/comedy I have seen in years. It's a spoof of every trope in korean rom-coms and BL's, with enemies to friends plot, "love triangle", fireworks, romantic music, a "duet" and so much more!I watched it 3 days ago and have already rewarched, it's just that good.
Choi Woo Sik's comic timing is perfect and you can clearly see that Jang Ki Yong was trying very hard not to laugh a lot of the time.
Can't recommend it highly enough.

Gay baiting.
Realism and Representation: there's none to speak of because the characters aren't gay.Story: it's kind of a sit-com and it's pretty hilarious.
Characters: the characters are pretty relatable and react in realistic ways.
Acting: great actors with hilarious performances.

Hilarious
Oh my god. This show seriously makes my heart so happy.I was laughing and freaking out at the TV all night long. It is honestly so funny and the characters are brilliant and I wish there was more episodes and dramas like it.
Also I.love bromance.and.BLs so.much so.this.is.beyond.perfect for my taste and.the.fact that.they (spoiler ahead) helped those 2 gay.dudes get.together was so sweet and at the same time funny and.honestly anyone.who.hasnt watched.this.gooo and.see the.amazing show nowwwww. Palli wa! :D

Story 9.0/10This story is about two awkward neighbors that hate each other. They are forced to move in together after a fire breaks out in Park Kyu Tae's apartment and the two keep getting caught in compromising positions by others. It is such a funny and well done story. The story was done so well and felt so real that I was getting second hand embarrassment and cringing every second.
Acting/Cast 9.0/10
The actors were so cute! Park Kyu Tae and Sung Ji Jae characters were so hilarious together to the point to the point where I have no idea how the actors got through the serious scenes without laughing every five seconds. The actors did such a good job portraying the two awkward neighbors. They portrayed the characters feelings so subtly through things like small shifts in facial expressions that felt real. I loved Kim Min Ah's character too because she brought such a fun perspective and my favorite scenes happened thanks to her like when she walked in on Tae in Jae's lap. I was living through her throughout the entire story.
Music 8.0/10
This drama doesn't really focus on the music much, but the music that is chosen fits the scenes well. All of the music that was chosen would add to the scenes and make them so much funnier. My favorite use of music was in the preview of the shower scene when they used romantic mysterious music.
Re-watch Value 10/10
I've already re-watched this series three times. It's so funny and never gets old to the point that I could re-watch it back to back.

After seeing Choi Woo-Sik (Kyutae) in Parasite it was refreshing to see this talented actor in a comedy. Honestly all the actors were so good in this! And it is so funny! There was never a dull moment because the main characters get into hilariously awkward situations. Their musical number was also a highlight and make me chuckle.
If you love over the top comedy and gay ships this drama is for you!?
I really recommend this to anyone! 10/10 would watch again, definitely would be more fun with a friend! :)
My only complaint about it is that it was too short! However, if you are looking for an easy watch you can binge this in a one sitting if you wish-all the episodes add up to only 1hr and 30 minutes.

Lo empece a ver y no pude parar, esta lleno de momentos muy divertidos y la quimica entro los personajes principales muy buena.
Además de eso todos sus malos entendidos son super divertidos, te hace reír desde el primer momento hasta el final.
La comedia esta muy bien manejada al igual que la dinámica entre los personajes principales.
Los efectos especiales no son los mejores pero sin duda tampoco no es lo peor que he visto, son decentes y están bien.
A los escenarios les sacaron todo el provecho posible, haciendo todo más dinámico.
Un kdrama bastante ligero y tierno.

Una historia llena de malentendidos divertidos
Uno de los mejores mini dramas coreanos que he visto. Me hizo reir a montón, amé a los personajes principales, cada capítulo es una ocurrencia nueva. A la vez sentí que era una parodia a clichés de dramas románticos.Lo actores hicieron muy bien su papel, interpretar a los personajes se les daba muy natural, parecía parte de su personalidad. La química de ambos estuvo excelente.
La música y los efectos que le daban un toque de sensualidad, fueron el complemento perfecto.
En resumen, vale la pena darle la oportunidad ya que te hace pasar un buen rato, sinceramente IMPERDIBLE.

Uma excelente comédia românrica
Apesar de existir uma discordância sobre essa série ser BL ou bromance, eu aposto no BL. Ela é muito boa, eu ri muito mesmo, e posso reclamar apenas de seus episódios curtíssimos, claramente em 2017 a Coréia do Sul ainda não tinha se encontrado num formato de BL que agradasse aos fãs.O roteiro é interessante demais, hilário e imprevisível. Dois jovens acabam sendo vizinhos de quarto em uma pensão, sendo que eles não tem nada em comum, a começar pela personalidade. Eles tentam alguma convivência e são obrigados por um incêndio a morarem um tempo juntos, e mesmo aparentando não gostar dessa situação, eles acabam se apaixonando.
Sobre a atuação, apesar de muito afetada, eu gostei muito. Aparenta ser uma série de baixo orçamento, mas com bom roteiro e direção esse detalhe não fez tanta diferença. Senti falta de uma boa ost.
A série é excelente para quem gosta de comédias românticas, com certeza pretendo assistir de novo e indicá-la.

Fantástica
Dos chicos, vecinos pared con pared, que por vicisitudes de la vida, acaban teniendo que vivir juntos. Básicamente te va contanto su experiencia, desde no conocerse y caerse mal a hacerse buenos amigos, todo bañado por comedia y malentendidos chistosos.La serie es una “Bromance”, pero la trama busca hacer que a ojos de los demás personajes parezcan pareja. Si eres un@ enferm@ del Boys Love, puedes verla perfectamente. Los actrores actúan muy bien, los momentos serios resultan creíbles y los momentos cómicos resultan muy graciosos. Aún no siendo un BL, los personajes principales tienen una increíble química y además, la serie lo sabe y juega con ello.
La recomiendo 100%

Je dois avouer que je ne m’attendais absolument pas à aimer autant «The Boy Next Door» ! Ce drama est très court, moins de 2h pour le finir, mais une chose est certaine, il utilise très bien son temps pour nous faire rire ! Chaque ‘épisode’ avait sa dose d’humour et de malentendus, et je n’ai pas vu le temps passé ! Je le conseille vraiment pour ceux qui cherchent quelque chose de léger, drôle et sans prise de tête, avec de bons acteurs, très expressifs et parfaits pour leurs rôles, et qui en plus, se regarde rapidement !
