The main leads are in both shows are parents who lose their kids due to the unjust people of this world.
There are hackers and fighting experts.

They also punish the bad guy. The difference with Taxi Driver is the one who is skilled in fighting is the girl and the guy is the one who direct. They are also a team of five not only two persons.

Both have hacking involved and deal with main characters who are trying to find the truth about something. Also, both main characters are badass.

In Lookout (The Guardians) the main female lead is a cop but is a wanted criminal. In Bad Guys there is a group of criminals.

Both mothers are strong women.

Both are about a mess in the prosecutor's office. Punch focuses more on a struggle for power while The Guardians is mainly about revenge and punishment.

The Guardians isn't about journalist or paparazzi but they have the same point, they told a story about a team who work together, very professional (hacker, cameraman, etc...).
And beside, the female character at first hates the male character very much, she wants to revenge, but then they understand each other and become friends

both star lee si young and is filled with action. in one drama she is the mother going after the baddies for revenge, and in another she is the side kick helping the main character in his quest. both productions are not perfect and also have lots of differences in the tone and the story but if you liked one there is a chance you will like the other.

In both dramas it about revenge and punishing bad people. if you watch it u will surely like it. In both drams the prosecutor start the revenge and the people working for him are the victims of the target.
