Both drama theme is the same about cheating, betrayal & love affairs. The ML himself in real life cheat on his wife & having love affairs for three years eventhough he already have three kids still can't stop his affairs. His wife divorce him after she knew that he betrayed her trust & love for him after many years of marriage.

This drama is not a heavy secret love affairs. The FL having an affair with the second ML coz they are high school friend in the past & the FL used to like him until now. The fortune teller told her to marry her second love not her first love. The second ML already got married & have a daughter. It's a bit complicated for both of them. Both of them is struggling to protect their marriage. If you like secret love affairs genre I recommend this drama.
Compare to Anata no Koto wa Sore Hodo this drama is very heavy with intriguing plot. Both FL & ML tried to protect their marriage by keeping a secret from their partners & they set a rules together to deleted message from each other & no calling if not urgent. Saito Takumi is soooo hot & good looking. If you like this genre I recommend this drama

Both dramas are similar for their cheating aspect, both FL's are not satisfied with the relationship they have with their husband, thus, looking or accidentally looked at another man that appreciates their value more as a woman. They did not find the "other" man, they just happened to be in the right situation at the right time, and the "other" man caught their attention. The difference is that H has a sad ending, but OTWTTA has a happy ending, though not seen, just implied. And another thing, H is kinda steamy, but OTWTTA is more conservative, I don't know how they did it, but it came out nicely and sweet. H is also sweet and nice, but more sexy in my opinion.
