sweet, short and that's basically it.
a very short sweet drama perfect for times when you just want to turn your brain off and enjoy good things.plot:🗯️
our FL get dumped by her asshole boyfriend and runs into her childhood friend. they start living together and support each other. will romance bloom between them?
the drama🗯️🗯️
the plot is all in the premise. our female lead is on her journey to regain her happiness. at first she thinks getting back with her ex will be her end dreams but as time passes, her childhood friend turns into something more than an emotional "crutch".
there is nothing really groundbreaking here or memorable, it's just a good time with cute actors.
the most "memorable" thing in the drama is the concept that women are at their lowest in terms of beauty or stress on Wednesday at 15.30. I did a quick Google search and it's apparently true😅.
the actors and characters"🗯️
I liked them both. I was already familiar with the female lead. she is funny, cute and good with a different range of emotions.
never saw the main male lead but he is fine. maybe his "golden retriever. energy " was a bit too much for my liking, but that's his character and I'm fine with it.
the bad boyfriend was a paper thin villain. he didn't feel like a real person in screen.
conclusions:🗯️
should you watch it?
I'd say yes only if you don't have anything else in your list.
there is really nothing new here or moving too such an extend you should ditch something else to watch this instead.
maybe keep it on your list in case you feel bored.

Suggestions for the show:Get better glasses
Sharpen your pencils
Make episodes longer
Take care of fire hazards
Mr. Coffee waited too long to confess to Eunwoo, and bro should've never brought Mr. Red Flag back. There were too many couples and whenever they got together, they ended the next episode like Ms. Tumor showed up and then left. Jae Won kept hitting the same disgusted face each episode and it got to the point where I started cringing. This Mr. Red Flag guy was partying with all the ladies and still decides to stick with Eunwoo, what kind of lazy writing was this writers? Legit the last episode when they were at the airport, Eunwoo was literally right in front of this guy and didn't even turn around to see him. I can't believe they didn't communicate for a whole year without any messages or calls. Then dude had to wait 1 year to confess and fly all the way back to her. Like how did he even find her walking in that same place from the older episode and what are the chances that they kissed on Wednesday at 3:30 PM? (get it) The other characters in this drama except for that nice couple that got together were all unimportant and weren't necessary. I hope I never see this cheating husband ever again because he is just a walking red flag and he doesn't deserve anything.

Pretty decent
Once in a while I need to watch some short dramas too; this one was quite decent and cute.My main problem was the plot: it could have been written much better; I know there wasn't enough time, but still. The main leads had chemistry. Her ex-boyfriend was annoying and it would have been great if he didn't get that much screen time. The male lead's love interest was bland. Too rushed the ending.
The OST was cute but I wouldn't rewatch it that much. It was fine but many plot holes to make it addicting. It's a good way to pass the time though.

watch it when you need something short, cute & light-hearted
I really enjoyed it a lot & it made me wonder why didn't I watch it sooner but a huge part of me is glad that I didn't watch it before. This was perfect for my current mood. Lately I don't feel like watching anything so I needed something short & light-hearted that doesn't require too much thinking but it's not too stupid or cringey. After spending hours finding something to watch this caught my attention & I decided to just give it a try. I was hooked from the very first episode & completed it in one sitting.I loved it a lot. Ofcourse the plot has nothing new to offer & it's predictable most of the times but it never bores you. It manages to be exciting & refreshing even with all those cliche kdrama tropes & I think the credit for it goes to both the lead actors.
This definitely deserves a watch. Saved it for those days when you don't feel like watching your usual heavy kdramas & need something light-hearted. This will serve as a quick dose of romance & will maybe uplift your mood. :)

A bite-sized Kdrama about two childhood friends who meet again after many years just as they both get their hearts broken by the people they love. And because Jae Won’s living quarters burn down on top of all that, he moves in with Eun Woo in exchange for helping her get her man back. Thus the “Wednesday 3:30pm Project” starts…This is a really sweet and soft and cozy drama with a little bit of angst, a little bit of sadness and a heap of misunderstanding that eventually gets cleared and the two leads get their happy ending. I especially loved how they bickered in such a familiar way because they knew each other so well. But I also loved all the very cute details - like Jae Won loving pretty things in his kitchen, like a bear apron and bear slippers…
Cuddly, that’s how this drama made me feel. Initially, I picked it up because it featured VIXX’s Lee Hongbin as Yun Jae Won but I’m glad I watched it for the story, too. It’s basically your coffee shop fanfic. Yes, there’s actually a coffee shop in it, managed by Jae Won. And also a cute dog and fake dating and…

Story: A lot of the time k-dramas drag, especially ones with a romance story line. This is the perfect length. You have a cute story with a well rounded romance plot and with none of the filler.
Acting: Both leads have great chemistry which meant the banter scenes between them were great. Hong Bin's smile is a delight to see on screen.
Music: The soundtracks suits the series but with with lead OST 'I Just Want To' having a very sweet melody and bridge.
Rewatch Value: I'm not one for rewatching series but this one would be very easy to rewatch, especially if you're feeling down.
Overall: A great series that will make you swoon and fall in love with the lead. It will have you question what you look like on a Wednesday at 3:30pm.

The plot is not to complicated and the character motivations are very simple. The show sets itself us as this sweet small story about two people and there relationships and for what it is I found it to be very nice. The show doesn't set out to make big statements or to do anything big or different, but for what it is I had a really good time watching it. The story is good the actors do a very good job an have this really cute chemistry that just sucks you in.
The show is short so if you just need a break of hard core melodrama i would recommend this show.

A warm and fluffy journey that's short but too good to miss out
Warm, fluffy, cozy- it felt like that(And it's short too.)The female lead and male lead are too cute. The plot was good, and the friend-to-lover stuff is not bad. I overall loved this series, the fact that they spent each Wednesday for a few moments together makes me happy and warm...they're so sweet. Why did he not confess immediately... why the one-year gap(Why so long? Is it a test?) Another thing that irked me was the scene around the ending(You'll know it when you've seen it. Hint: an unwanted proposal.) Anyway, it's good that they ended up together(I was feeling butterflies). Would definitely recommend this if you like something light, short, and fluffy. Was this review helpful to you?

Snooze Fest
Totally predictable drama which cannot be resolved no matter how much you try to execute it.In short, girl gets dumped. Childhood friend shows up and tries to help her over it taking photos of her at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday when the girl is meant to look her worst in the hopes to reawaken her ex who does not appreciate her or any other woman. Neither has any chemistry and the male lead is bore to watch.
Jin Ki Joo is cute and is the only reason to watch. She needs to find more attractive male leads.
