Has a hot male lead and pretty female. Pretty much the same plot

Kimi wa Petto is the Japanese drama that the film is based upon. It is ALMOST the same storyline but with much more detail and a little more heart.

Two people living together and getting to know each other.

Both has similar story about younger man and older woman. Kimi wa Petto has more comedy though. Sapuri is more realistic. Both are really good dramas and both has main male lead from Johnny's.

And Matsumoto Jun does a GREAT job in both dramas!! I highly recommend if you're a MatsuJun fan!
