It had potential and the couple was cute. The second couple was pretty adorable too. The leading lady was simply amazing with her switching from one personality to another.
Gradually, however, the original character got less and less screen time, and the story focused more on the modern girl and her love interest. And then, halfway through, the drama got messy, sloppy and boring. Even the performances and the couple's chemistry didn't aid with the entertainment of the drama. The SGI and the make up were kind of horrible too.
So, overall, four out of ten.

The lead herione's role was adorable. She was cute and I liked her sassy girl role. I was bewitched by her acting. I loved to watch her.
The lead actor also was handsome. His hair style was awesome. I liked his role. I liked how he cared about the lead actress.
As for the story I found it good as it was new for me.
As a whole you will love to watch it as the story is good and the lead actors are perfect.

It's easy to tell that the drama was produced with a low budget. The acting was way too cheesy and left much to desire. (especially the male lead, his acting really improved in the second season). The characters are also not very well developed, even superficial. Thank goodness for season 2. It's way more palatable, you won't miss much by skipping season 1 and going straight to season 2.

What I didn't like was the way female lead's parents treated her. It was very annoying! It is one of my favorite chinese dramas!

A Must Watch so you would appreciate the next 2 seasons
Another happy ending! I stuck with it until the end because it was so popular and I didn't want to leave a comment without going through all 24 episodes. That will be an unfair comment or review.The story could have progressed better if the drama was well budgeted. It has a promising plot, and the actors were good despite their tender ages.HOWEVERThe story prematurely ended, leaving you wondering what had happened. Again. It's a happy ending and only 24 episodes with 30-35mins per episode. Not bad for Binge Watching. I like sassy, but this is way over the top, childish, greedy, and uncultured for a FL who came from the future or another dimension and happens to be a reincarnation who was transported back in time to meet the same person whom she chose to kill. Haha I don't know why she did it (her previous life character, since they happen to be in love).FL just couldn't stop being crazy and annoying, and she spurted curses at almost anyone in the drama. As if she never received proper education, all she knows is how to provoke anyone who crosses her path. The ML is indeed a good match for the FL, with very good chemistry and many kissing scenes. I was going to drop this drama at Ep. 6, because of how poorly executed the FL characters were: the virtuous noble lady Tan'er and the ridiculously childish modern girl Xiao Tan, all two female characters in one body. Defining whose who in a shifting role of the two different characters was superbly demonstrated to make it easily distinguishable between the two. It's just a way bit too much for me when she pouts her lips and talks trash.
The story and character development were too abrupt; there were many scenes where you would need to wonder why...
There are many funny scenes, and love story is worth watching. Its something you can watch in your idle time or when you feel like I just want something interestingly not interesting.
Overall: it 6/10 for me.

Romanticismo a basso costo.
Buone idee realizzate a Basso costo (quindi male)!Purtroppo non basta una nota a fare una sinfonia, l'idea era geniale: per una distorsione temporale (neanche ben spiegata nel corso della serie), una venditrice immobiliare torna indietro nel tempo nel corpo della lei di 3 secoli fa in un regno immaginario, Dong-Yue.
Ogni volta che mente, sbatte la testa o occasionalmente al risveglio switcha identità tra la lei del presente e quella del futuro che ha tutt'altra tempra, mentre la lei del presente è sottomessa, remissiva , depressa e un caprio espiatorio della famiglia in quanto figlia di una concubina, la lei del futuro è volitiva, energica e risoluta. La lei del passato è innamorata del primo principe che avrebbe dovuto sposare , la lei del futuro si avvicina all'ottavo principe.
In breve questa è la sinossi, gli episodi durano 33 minuti (sigle escluse) e la serie è composta da 24 episodi. Gli attori principali bravini ma l'idea è stata sviluppata male, è piena di buchi narrativi, scenografia davvero pietosa, i personaggi sviluppati e disegnati male (trucchi, parrucche, vestiti sono di qualità molto scadente( vi dico soltanto che nell'ep 9 lui ha la parrucca nera e le sopracciglia bionde, spesso l'attaccatura di questa parrucca è molto variabile determinando una fronte più o meno ampia, recitazioni stentate o fuori tempo).
Lui si innamora di lei senza un motivo reale, apparente, cambia atteggiamento da un giorno all'altro.
Lei stessa cosa (dice solo che lui è bello, bello). Dialoghi da prima elementare ( "Non morire, ti porterò nel mio mondo e farò di te una celebrità, diverrai il mio albero delle monete"), la serie è davvero realizzata con due soldi e fatta male.
La protagonista è una ragazza poco scaltra e sveglia, sarebbe stato interessante se una donna del futuro avesse usato gli strumenti e le idee futuristiche per aiutare lui e innovare l'epoca invece è una che vive alla giornata, di espedienti e alla buona, che improvvisa battute a improperi e insulti.
Non si sono risparmiati sulle scene romantiche, è vero, ma quanto può essere credibile con questa sceneggiatura??? Buona visione & Auguri !

Comincia bene ma si perde presto
In principio non era male: simpatico, spumeggiante, allegro. Mi è piaciuta molto l'attrice protagonista, splendidamente diretta nell'interpretare sopra le righe due personalità completamente opposte. Anche la cameriera ha fatto un bel lavoro. Un po' meno gli attori, e per una donna che aspira a vedere qualche bell'uomo che reciti bene è una pecca fondamentale.Il protagonista maschile è granitico, e purtroppo non può addurre a suo difesa nemmeno un aspetto da sogno. L'antagonista nonno/nipote è un ottimo biglietto da visita per il chirurgo che l'ha plastificato: bellissimo da guardare ma, come tutte le cose di plastica, molto rigido quando cerca di muoversi. Però veramente bellissimo.
La storia non è certo originale. Durante la visione ho avuto diversi momenti di deja vu: le due anime che comunicano via lettera sicuramente le ho già viste altrove qualche decina d'anni fa, ma questo sarebbe il meno. Il problema grave sta nella assoluta mancanza di pathos durante quasi tutta la visione e nella completa illogicità di molte cose che capitano. Diversi personaggi, ad esempio lo stregone pazzoide o il cattivissimo, per non parlare di quello che da alcuni è stato battezzato come duo Rocket, sono così sopra le righe che escono dal pentagramma e rifanno il giro. Sgradevoli senza motivo.
Non si capisce bene quale sia il registro di questo show. Se è una commedia, c'è troppa tragedia, se è una farsa non fa ridere. In ogni caso, è costellata di innumerevoli momenti "cringe" in cui ti senti veramente in imbarazzo per quello che stai guardando. Sto cercando di rimuovere il ricordo. So che c'è un sequel, ma ritengo di aver già fatto abbastanza finendo di vedere la prima serie. Non sono curiosa di sapere cosa succeda dopo, e nemmeno posso dire mi interessi per amor degli attori. Zero totale. Assegno una sufficienza piena solo perché sono riuscita a finirlo, l'attrice protagonista mi è piaciuta e la prima parte è stata abbastanza divertente.
