I tought I should watch this drama beacause of how much popularity it gained. In my opinion it's completely overrated. Although it wasn't as bad as ?Oh My Venus? which I kept on watching only because the ending - which was the only interesting part. But as for this drama I only wanted to see how the main lead ends up once he knows the truth and how it's going to be revealed. But overall I did not sense any chemistry after the ¨reveal¨. I'm not even going to bother finishing the last few episodes, what a waste of my time. Was this review helpful to you?
The acting, writing, direction and cinematography are top notch. Its use in particular of visual metaphor is beautiful. One the surface, this is a delightful rom-com with one of dramaland's best OTPs. But underneath that, it is an intelligent and thoughtful discussion of the commodification and treatment of women in society and four women's attempts to attain self-determination. All of the female characters are intelligent, three-dimensional women (although one of them is a robot).
It's not new to have a kdrama examine our need for human connections but I feel like this is the quintessential show for exploring that theme.
I can't remember another show that I enjoyed so much on so many levels and that gave me so much joy while it was on.
I have quibbles but for the purposes of recommending a show they don't really matter. There's a perfect version of this show with a slightly-stronger final two episodes but it's rare to find perfection on television. 99% of it was perfect and that's what's important.

I even sympathize with Yoo Cheol and Ri El’s character, that I have never hated their characters. I also love the fact that they didn’t lose the character of A Ji 3, because she’s only a robot and Ji A is really the focus of the drama. The writers gave A Ji 3 a perfect character closing scene. I have started to watch it because I have a drought of dramas to watch and I have never regret watching it. It is a highly recommended drama if you want something light and fluffy with the right amount of drama.

I Love light, fluffy romance, so this one should have been right up my alley. However, it lacks something I can't define. I was kind of bored but intellectually, I acknowledge that this story is interesting. I'll just put it down to my preference of not liking robots in fiction. That's just my personal thhing. I don;t like people falling for robots and maybe he didn't but he spent a large part of the series thinking that he did. I feel weird about that. Idk.
Anyway, it was nice, just not great. Good for a filler, light, romance.

Most adorbs k-drama couple ever!!!
Finished!!! Hahaha.Wow this drama is so charming. I can see why it's so well-loved. ❤❤❤❤
I definitely liked this drama so much better than SWDBS and WWWSK. I find that this drama has a good balance of fluff and sadness which makes it more than a typical rom-com contrary to my initial expectation of it. The reason i put off watching this for so long.
A very simple watch considering the plot are not that complex and very very incrementally built unlike other dramas that have so many things stacked up one after the other in a single episode. It's like in the entire first half of the drama nothing much important happened really, but the second half had more richness to tie things back together. I liked that cliché cohabitation trope is not used mindlessly here too.
The lead couple's chemistry is freaking incredible and cute. Chae Soo Bin is a worthy partner to Yoo Seung Ho, her crying and robotic scenes are really great.
Loved this drama. Will probably rewatch this as much as i rewatch Healer, LOL.
My fave rom-coms would be (haven't seen many):
1. INAR
2. Touch My Heart
3. A Gentleman's Dignity
Worthy recommendations are welcome. ^^
❤❤❤❤

The romance is fluffy and uncomplicated, with no stressful love triangle. There is a potential competitor for the female lead's love but no obvious second male lead here. I have to warn you that there are some heartache moments but the story is so well written as a rom-com, it made me switch my emotions back and forth and I had no time to dwell on the sad parts.
The plot line was interesting to me, and I thought it was well-developed. The male lead seemed rather naive in the beginning but that made sense given what he went through for the past years. I like that ultimately, they wove it into the story that he and everyone else acknowledged how unbelievably gullible he was initially.
It is my first time watching Yoo Seung Ho and he did an amazing job. I like that he did not portray a stereotypical Asian man who don't show his emotions. He cried so prettily and I find him incredibly charismatic. His gazes were definitely smoldering. Ultimately he came across as this intelligent and strong character who was not afraid to show his softer side.
Chae Soo Bin, the female lead was cute - she is not my kind of pretty but she played the role very well. She definitely had good chemistry with the male lead. Their interactions were so cute and fun.
The supporting cast did really well as well, and unlike other dramas, I found myself not skipping through the show because I was also interested in the supporting cast's stories. There could have been more character development for some of them. The villains were just evil enough but luckily not enough to make me stressed.
Music-wise, the selections were fitting but I don't find any pieces particular memorable. I did not try to look the playlist up in Spotify which is usually a clear indicator whether I truly was affected by the OST.
Overall, I highly recommend this drama because of its message about relationships and sincerity. It evokes all the emotions that you can possibly feel.

The first thought that came to my mind when I started this drama - note: without actually reading the sinopse - was how the hell they would make a love story between a robot and a human work, but then I realize that the story was about a human pretending to be a robot falling in love with another human.
Kim Min-Kyu, our cute and a bit rude chairman has a very weird and rare allergy that makes him unable to touch human being, and he ends up meeting Aji 3 a AI robot that looks like a human. After some drama coincidences he becomes interested in the robot and asks to tested, but when the test was suposed to happen the robot broke so Professor Hong Baek-Gyun went after the model he used to create Aji 3, Jo Ji-Ah who is also his ex-girlfriend. And then is when the romance starts to happen, slowly but surely.
We had moments to laugh out loud and moments to cry, moments to insult the mean guys and also some wtf moments. This sweet love story made me remember why I love korean dramas so much: love isn't just about the phisical stuff and a smart man can be fooled by a human pretending to be a robot. (I said that this drama isn't very realistic.)
Overall this drama had an amazing start, it was fun, cute and with a great pacing, but with time things slow down a bit and the last six episodes were a bit stretched so they could hit the 32 episodes mark, but I don't mind because they filled the gaps with cute littles moments between the main couple.
The main couple made my heart flutter, I was literally suffering with them because I wanted them together so bad and when they finally did it I just couldn't get enough of their cuteness. I think that Min-Kyu was the character with the biggest character development of the whole cast, he passed from a jerk to a very nice guy. Santa Maria team stole a lot of laugh from me. Yoo-Chul and Yeriel were two character that I didn't like at the beginning but slowly they changed my mind. Sun-Hye, Ji-Ah's best friend, someone so experience in love, was one of my favorite characters with her sassy personality and fashion sense.
This drama doesn't really have a memorable villian, mainly because they focused more on the romance and just had a bad guy so the main character had a threat and the story wouldn't be so simple.
Something that bothered me for a while was the robotic american accent of the foreigner cast, it got better through out the episodes but it always felt a bit off. Besides Bold Group weren't suposed to be from England? Okay I know I'm being too picky about it but was something that bothered me a bit.
Cast/Acting: I never saw any drama by any of the lead actors but I can say that I want to watch more work of them. Chae Soo Bin was splendid playing Aji 3 and Ji-Ah, her doll-like appereance made her a believable robot, also she was able to pull of two different personalities, the robot one and the human one. Yoo Seung-Ho did a great job being the lonely Min-Kyu, and I just couldn't get enough of that precious smile of his and that cute shy expression. Uhm Ki-Joon, Park Se-Wan, Kim Min-Kyu and Song Jae-Ryong gave life to Santa Maria team, their chemestry as a team was outstanding. And the rest of the cast also did an amazing job.
The picture of this drama is beautiful, this drama is one of the most visually pleasants I've seen so far, everything seems so well thought and shoot. Even though this drama has not that many kiss scenes, everyone of them was beautifully put together, and as someone that aprecciate the cinematography of movies and dramas, I was happy that they were so carefull with this.
The OST helped build the mood, it had good songs but nothing memorable for me.
Will I watch this drama again? Yes, this drama is light and cute, you don't need to give to much thought to the story because it's very straightfoward (also if you start to think about it to much you'll realize how many things don't make sense). I recommend this drama for people looking for something light to pass their time, have some laughs and some tears. This drama might not be the most realistic, the most deep or serious of dramas, but is definitely worth to give it a shot.

Wow this is so good, why is it so underrated?
This drama is soooo good! It's so, so, so good. And the ending doesn't screw it all up! Yay! And if like me, you love a KDrama that squeezes your heart and makes you cry (I cry a lot anyway but for this I CRIED) then you'll love this too.I don't say this lightly but this is a bit Healer-esque - the hero, orphaned and separate from society for his own reasons, learns to get back into society with help from heroine... and also like Healer, wasn't popular domestically but has more fans internationally. Let's give this the love it deserves!!
... and for anyone who loves a great kiss scene this one has so many, the ML does GREAT KISSING.
The FL is really great but the ML KILLS it in this drama. He does all the emotions so well, there is one scene he switches between 5, barely needs any words he just does them all with his face and his eyes. And he has one of the best smiles in KDrama surely?
Other things I really loved:
- The central romance. Every time these guys were on the screen it was great, whether they were bickering, doing banter, all the romance, all the pain, they lit up the screen when they were together. The actors have amazing chemistry and do such great acting with their eyes. The scenes after the "reset" were so painful but so good. The scene where he counts down his fingers to "fold" in the drinking game, totally killed me! The other scene that I loved was also after the reset, he rings "President Cho" and she breaks down as soon as she hears him on the phone, and then in meteor shower scene she admits she if she heard his voice again she wouldn't be able to resist going to find him. *the feels!*
- The way they got to revisit the emotions and their joint story, both in the locked warehouse and in the meteor shower scene were beautiful. Sometimes dramas leave out too much of this opening of hearts of things their characters went through and just jump to the reconciliation scene.
- We never quite knew what was happening, so I was on the edge of my seat the whole way through seeing how the whole story would get resolved.
- The Santa Maria crew were so cute and funny!
Discussion, questions and spoilers below:
- did we ever find out who Madame X is? Did i miss that?
- this drama had very few things that bothered me but one of them was the SUPER BAD English speaking actors. seriously if you're even a semi decent actor get yourself to Korea (and they also need to subtitle the Korean actors who speak english, especially the older ones ;p)
- i wanted to see the scene where he gives her the necklace - but OMG the beach scene (the one I mean where he switches between 5 emotions with so few words)
- and anyone else prefer Pi with curly hair and glasses?!
- oh and i wanted to see the new Aji3 - i was hoping for a cameo from a famous actor :D

My All Time Favourite
This is seriously a great series to watch. It was so underrated but it made to the top of my favorite dramas. It has a good mix of silly, sappy and fluff throughout the drama. The chemistry between the leads is simply irresistible.
Has a good plot and sub-plots. The show didn't just focus on the leads, it also showed developed the supporting cast without steering far from the main plot.
What I liked about it is its premise. The show did not really delve much into the technicalities. It focused on character development and growth within the story. The characters also showed maturity in dealing with their issues and resolving problems.
Chae Soo Bin and Yoo Seung Ho were both great in this show. They did not disappoint one bit.

Fluffiest Romance Ever
Y'all have no idea how up my alley this drama is. The comedy was amazing and I laughed so hard throughout this whole drama no matter how immature some of the humor was. Lead actors were perfectly picked for the roles and can I just say that Yoo Seung Ho's smile is honestly everything. I took one star off the final rating only cause it kinda dragged at the end, but overall the whole journey was absolutely amazing and made me shed a lot of tears. The soundtrack was freaking amazing as well and made the drama just that much better. The two lead actors that were in this drama quickly became some of my favorite korean drama actors, and I've already watched several other dramas with them as leads. This drama is a paradise for rom com fanatics, I kid you not.Was this review helpful to you?
