FLUFFIEST CUTEST SHOW!!!!
I've never written reviews before.. But I couldn't stop myself! I binged watched this show and it was my first K-Drama... I've mostly watched C-Dramas and I used to think they were sweet and romantic but this show is INSANELY fluffy. ML is soooo adorable! The show is perfect blend of drama, comedy and romance (with all that fluff). It does have a sad segment and you do feel bad for the lead couple but it has been woven into the story so beautifully that it doesn't seem over the top! I HIGHLY recommend this show! A lot of it does not seem logical but that is what such shows are about.. an escape from reality! Will definitely watch more shows this this lead pair. It is one of the few shows that I'd definitely watch again. Was this review helpful to you?

I'd rewatch this one for comfort!
I thought the premise of this drama was a little odd when I first started watching it, but it's so well produced/acted that it ended up not making me cringe. All in all, I'd say this drama is mostly funny and cute. There isn't really a big villain, or fighting sequences and explosions, but there are many funny interactions among the characters, or based on the fact that the lead is so sure the girl truly is a robot. I'd recommend it to anyone that enjoys a bit of a cliche, some romance and a light storyline. I'll probably rewatch it when I need some comfy entertainment after a long day.

I do see the flaws in the plot: unrealistic at times, inconclusive ending for some characters, the way the main lead got over things so abruptly (this is a spoiler-free review so I won't talk about it here). Apart from some plot holes, the ost was rather underwhelming. One song kept playing, over and over again. I get that's the main couple's track and the song itself wasn't bad at all. But after some time it got bothering and took some magic away from the big moments, which I think is the opposite an OST should do. The acing was great but not the absolute best. The main leads did an amazing job at the more emotional scenes though!
Although I noticed all these negative points, there's something SO special about this show that simply makes our hearts race, really. I couldn't stop thinking about it when I wasn't watching it so I watched the whole thing in two days, even finishing it before my friend who watched the first few episodes with me (which is a miracle btw).
The robot was the cutest thing ever, the female lead was sooooo likeable and talented, the main lead was so stunning and amazing at acting that I will never forget his face and name again, the side-characters and their development were great... The show was very well casted.
Honestly, some of my ratings are purely based on how many feelings the show gave me and that's okay. This is a perfect example of an imperfect drama that simply captures your heart and ends up on your top favourites list.
Definitely worth rewatching and rewatching and rewatching. I wish more people had given it a chance, it really deserves more love and praise.

One of my All Time Favorites
10/10 is my rating. 2017/2018 South Korean Drama spanning 32 episodes (~30 minutes per episode). Yoo Seung-ho plays the male lead, Kim Min-kyu who developed a life-threatening allergy to skin contact with other people due to childhood tragedy. He is the wealthy chairman of a company and lives his life in near complete isolation due to his allergy. His nickname is baton because he carries an extendable baton, in the rare instances when he is out, to insure people stay at “arms” distance. A team of researchers have developed a very life like robot named AG-3 and Min-Kyu is scheduled to test it. The robot is modeled after the female lead, Jo Ji-Ah, as she is the ex-girlfriend of the head robotic scientist. The team is depending on Min-kyu’s positive impression of the robot for funding for their research. When the test is scheduled to begin an accident short circuits the robot and there is no time to get her fully back online in time for the test. Jo Ji-Ah (Chae Soo-Bin) who is an inventor with many failed projects and huge debt agrees to play the role of the robot until they can repair the robot and swap out. To make it believable she is given special contacts that tie her to the real AG-3 who is able to provide the level of information on topics expected of a robot (such as what is the weather report, current stock prices, or calculate this complex equation). AG-3 becomes the first friend Min-kyu has had in 15 years and the confidence he begins to feel allows him to venture out from his isolation. The intrigue rises as Min-Kyu suffers from conflicting feels of love for what he believes to be a robot (although it seems his heart senses what his mind does not acknowledge. Jo Ji-Ah begins to see past the gruff exterior to the beautiful person within and also begins to love Min-Kyu.Spoiler 🚨 I read this did not rate high when it was aired. I found the 32 episodes just flew by and I thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. The male and female lead are just beautiful together and you can completely see why and how they would fall in love. There were love triangles, a mystery, suspense and comedy – all the things I have come to love in Asian Dramas. I have found, in general, that Asian Dramas end a bit different than American romances in that it either goes beyond “happily ever after” or simply fails to neatly wrap everything up. This one did a great job of balancing that. I think this has moved to my number one slot for Asian Dramas thus far – it has a unique premise, fully developed characters, a believable scenario and is just fun to watch.

THE CUTEST, HEARTWARMING AND ADDICTING KDRAMA I KNOW
For the 4th time around this year I watched this drama again and the same feeling I felt after almost 5 years ago when I watched it the first time, I remember back then that I watched this 3 times in a row last 2019 and this is the first ever Kdrama I become addicted into, this Kdrama is the door for me in the kdrama world and being a kdrama addict.I so love the idea of the story of this Kdrama, a Chaebol that has a human allergy and a hardworking or desperate inventor who pretended to be a robot and then fell in love, if we will be looking through this kdrama, there was really nothing that makes sense with the story but for a person who loves fictions, fantasy like me, that has an imaginations and dreams always going around, this is the kdrama for us , I am so obsessed with how the made every moments and scenes of this kdrama , every moments hit my heart big time and this kdrama made me like I am able to enter to JI A and MIn Kyu's world !
When Ji A pretended to be Aji 3 it was so so funny and fluttering , like when Sta Maria Team came up with the Chingu Modeu, it was so funny like all I ever wished is that Min Kyu will notice Ji A right away as I watch it instead of Ri El , Also it was so funny that MIn Kyu was so full of himself that Ji A always ended up being embarrassed thinking that MIn Kyu might done things for her, and I so like it when Min KYu was so cute as he smiles, he is literally my first crushes on Krama for real.
The reset part was the part that I cried so much about ! I dont know why that even I watched this for the 4th time around, they were so great at it that I felt it so much ! it was so sad , like I can relate so much with MIn kyu because I am also a person who always have a hard time letting go of people or things, and when MIn Kyu saw Ji a again after the reset and followed her it was so beautiful and sad and i had a mixed emotions .
About MIn Kyu's Human allergy, I think if this is not a fiction, that allergy might be like related psychologically, that the person whom that allergy has, must have someone who can earn their trust that the allergy will be healed , so anyways this is just my thoughts.
I so love the character progress here , the cousin of Min Kyu, and also those who 2 guys in black that was on the blue small van they were so funny and so love them too, also the main characters progress , also of Pai and Hong Baksa.
About MIn Kyu and Jo JI A's confrontation , It broke my heart like It was so sad and happy too that they had a chance to talk about it to each other, I really understand MIn Kyu, I was actually surprised that for some time he accepted JI A fast, well maybe because he loves her anyways , and I cried on that scene too !
There are so many things that I like about this drama, but I can' t tell it all here , I just wanna say that this kdrama is a legend for me and I believe , it is not only for me but also to the Kdrama world , I can never for get this drama, this is a top of my top lists everything was so cute, so heartfelt, so funny and fluttering and so love the story, love every cast definitely a 10 out of 10 for me !

The concept is cute, the main characters are adorable. But it just felt stretched out for too long.
I didn't quite get the company power struggle stuff and Madame X never gets explained. Aside from meaningless, comedic relief.. what was the point of the two henchmen in black?
You gotta suspend belief because how could he not know she's human with her very normal human facial expressions and body language??
Could have been much better if it had a tighter storyline.
Also I think Dr Hong could have been better cast because all I could think of "he is older by 20 years compared to everyone!"

This was fantastic
I’m embarrassed to say that I put this one on hold after watching the first couple episodes. One of my biggest dislkes is someone pretending to be something they aren’t. So, once I saw where it was going I put it on hold.I just went back to it and binged watched the rest of the 32 episodes in a few days. This was incredible.
I am now the biggest Yoo Seoung Ho fan on the planet. That man can act! This role required him to: 1) act like a cold and demanding boss, 2) act like someone who is lonely with no social skills, 3) act like a spoiled child, 4) act like a child experiencing happiness for the first time, 5) act like a child being inquisitive and learning new things for the first time, 6) falling in love for the first time, 7) being completely heartbroken, and 8) being intelligent and compassionate.
HIS EYES ARE THE MOST EXPRESSIVE I HAVE EVER SEEN. His crying scenes nearly broke me.
The rest of the cast did a great job too. This is one of the best I have watched.

understand the characters and cry with and for them.
It was very interesting, the story, the plot, the characters, the places, everything was good in this kdrama.10/10I would like more people to see it and for it to become more recognized, give it a chance, which is pretty good if you like romance and science fiction.
Get attached to the characters whose role suits each of them quite well, without a doubt my favorite is the protagonist who is very hard-working and optimistic, and the others too,They have other personalities but each one is unique and striking in their own way.

Don't miss it out, Bae!! <3
After so long, watching a drama, I feel so empty in my heart. Literally, it’s the best kdrama I have watched so far! A mixed emotion engulfed me while watching it. I was very upset imagining Min Kyu's situation that how could a person live without anyone? His and Ji Ah first two meeting was hilarious! Their kiss in the rain, kitchen counter gave me butterflies. Again, when Min Kyu got to know that she is President Jo, that scene made my heart twisted in a painful way. Oh yeah - the best part of the drama, this is when we kiss! The ending was just purr-fect! I'm not into giving reviews but this is really worth watching. Go for it!!Was this review helpful to you?

I am not a robot general review
In general, the story was good and it was very interesting. It makes a good first drama. I really enjoyed this series at first (since it was my first), but when I watched other dramas, I realized that this drama was missing an "it" factor. I felt as though there weren't any peak moments and the drama was very flat. It could be because the likelihood of this situation happening in real life is low, which sort of made the show unbelievable? Other than that, the actors were well played and you could feel the emotions. I would not watch it again, but if you haven't seen it, you really should. Was this review helpful to you?
