Well worth watching this gem!
Definitely worthy of a binge watch! This excellent drama will hold your interest, with some truly stellar performance by the main leads. A touching romance unfolds as the troubled leads find each other and fall in love. There are light-hearted moments along the way, coupled with more serious subject matter. It’s not a bunch of fluff. Through the ups and downs it remains easy to watch. Along the way you’ll get hooked on the romance of this lovable couple that is brought to life by excellent acting. The male lead’s performance is phenomenal! I highly recommend it!Was this review helpful to you?
Lack of any chemistry = very hard to recommend
This drama is rough. One of the most obvious downfalls of this show that you’re bound to notice is the lack of chemistry between the leads. I’m struggling to remember a single point where it felt as if they genuinely liked one another. The story takes a ton of twists and turns that constantly put them at odds with one another. What’s worse is that the male lead consistently puts the female lead into uncomfortable positions with sexual advances while emotionally manipulating her. It’s difficult to watch considering his character had so much potential to be more sympathetic . Even the gushy lovey stuff that is inevitable towards the end of romance dramas felt awkward and unearned. The only aspect praiseworthy, in my opinion, was the supporting cast. They were funny, charming, and charismatic. I thought they were the stars of the show aside from some questionable and unethical medical help/practices from a quack doctorWas this review helpful to you?
boring
It dragged on until it became boring. At first it was funny and the story started to flow, but it got to the middle and started to get boring. I don't think it should have 16 episodes, maybe 12 episodes would be better, because up until episode 16 it dragged on and I got to a point where I couldn't stand the main characters anymore.

Amazing potential but horrible plot at the end
Amazing idea, amazing actors, amazing characters and really funny plot at the beginning. The main problem is that the plot become a little stupid, and the main girl character does so horrible choices that I’ve begun to hate her. I can’t imagine someone who is in love that does the things she did, empathy is almost absent here.
Moreover, there are too many repetitive scenes, with slow motion, that are about 30% of the total amount of time of the drama. What a pity, really!
Also I didn’t like the way psychiatric desease are treated, I think Korea is really behind on this theme…

A nice romcom drama .... up until the last two and a half episodes!
I have to say, I started watching the drama (mainly because I recently discovered Lee Do Hyun) and I really liked the way it started. However, then from episode 14 (or maybe even 13), it took a turn in the wrong direction. But let's do this neatly.
First of all, I liked the ML. In my opinion, he is a very good actor who could convey his character's emotions, habits, etc. quite convincingly. Sun Gyeol, his character, is not someone to be envied in this drama. He is a poor soul, suffering from childhood trauma, abuse from his tyrant grandfather, and he mother who was absent most of the time (although I liked her development).
Kim You Jung did a pretty good job as well, although she seems too young for her role. I liked her character at first, Gil O-Sol seemed to be a pretty strong young woman who didn't let failure come in her way. However, in course of this drama O-Sol turned into someone who could not speak one sensible sentence... quite annoying.
Song Jae Rim provides a strong case of second lead syndrome... I loved his character and I wanted him to end up with someone who deserves him so bad... but his "end" is so frustrating. He deserves so much better. I would really like to see him in a main role where he gets the girl.
I loved the side characters! But here is the thing, they had so so so much potential which wasn't used at all! Gil O-Dol aka Lee Do Hyun needs to have more screen time, especially more scenes with Joo Yun, they had so much chemistry and such a sweet story going on. The cleaning fairies are so funny, but also have interesting background stories, so we definitely need to know more about them!
Finally, spoiler alert:
The story develops quite ok, you have some typical k-drama tropes, but then, as I have hinted before, the story takes a dark turn. I really don't understand why they needed to break up Sun Gyeol and O-sol. And why she wasn't able to tell him why.... Sun Gyeol had absolutely not idea what was going on, but everybody left him in the dark! So frustrating and bad storytelling, I have to say. And he was completely innocent and had nothing to do with the whole tragic incident, but was made responsible. I didn't understand his grandfather as well... what exactly did he try to achieve? And why was is so easy for him to be redeemed??? This storyline wasn't believable at all. Additionally, the way Sun Gyeol was treated by O-sol and her father when he came back was sooo annoying. He didn't deserve such a rude treatment at all.
So all in all I cannot really recommend it. I watched this drama mainly because of Lee Do Hyun, I think he is amazing actor, so I don't regret the time I wasted watching, but I think there are way better romcoms out there which have better plots and more interesting characters.

A simple romcom
This is a very simple romantic comedy, a very cliche drama too and what about it? The cast was amazing and the story (aside of cliches) was pretty good too. The OST is one of my favourite things ever, every single song snapped.Either people love this, hate it, or don't care. As for me, I loved it. You may think I'm being biased as my favourite actress is the main female lead, but I kid you not, I hate being biased for my own personal reasons. I do not mind age gaps either (of course some are crazy even to me but this one's fine).
Note: Remember this is my own opinion and you're very much allowed to disagree, of course. However I do not wish to discuss about my opinion with anyone else. If you disagree, keep it to yourself please, or idc reply to this but I will not answer.

This shows have an ok plot. It supposed to be funny but I don't really find it funny. Not only the story throw me off but also the acting. Like god, the cringe hit me like rock. The FL seem so awkward, while the ML is too...much. The fact that the title say "Clean With Passion For Now" but she only work at that clean shop for only half the drama than stay in his house until the drama end is not what i was hoping for. I think that it start good but ended up going downhill. i lost patience watching it. I don't approved the pairing of the couple. I finish the drama to see if the plot change at the end. There are too many boring scenes. The ending is just like any ending, he got over his disease of cleaniness. I'm not a fan this drama. But we have different opinion so if you want to watch it give it try, maybe you love it after watching it.

Overall, I didn't hate this drama, but I could have lived my life happy if I didn't see it. It was very over the top as Korean Dramas are, but it seemed to be a little more over the top with a story line that fell flat, especially at the end when you give Sol all the power in her relationship with the CEO (when he has done nothing wrong), while Sol gives all decisions about her happiness to her father. So basically, I watched a romance drama about two people who loved one another, but couldn't be together because homegirl needed verbal confirmation from her father that it was ok to love him. It's not until then that she can run to the CEO and know that he'll take her back, no questions asked. Surprise! Spoiler alert. It irked me. Even though he was never to blame, she somehow continuously made him feel like he was completely to blame like he was the one who caused her mother's death and her brother to be kicked out of his sports league. Total power move and I hated it. All homeboy wanted was someone to love who accepted him for who he was and possibly give him the courage to want to seek out help to cure his germaphobia. But I guess the ending was good because what he found was self love which is the love he needed to cure himself and then seek out love for others. I have no idea what homegirl wanted - her father to have some peace with his wife's death and familial approval for whomever she dates? I mean I am not going to go around choosing to date guys my parents hate, but you know if I love someone and know he is a good guy, I would stand up for him and our love a lot more than Sol did. The one thing I enjoyed about this drama was the supporting cast - the group of guys that Sol worked with in the company. There was a nice story about 3 guys who didn't like each other in some way , but when "forced" to work with one another, Sol acts like glue to their new relationship where they end up being closer than brothers. I enjoyed their side stories and learning to kind love between one another. They almost come close to tying with my love for the major minor friend groups of Love 020 and Oh My Venus. This show has a special place in my heart
From the soundtrack to the acting, this show has stolen my heart. It's a cute show that's filled with laughs, tears, and everything in-between. The soundtrack is a beautiful masterpiece by itself. Every actor fit into their role perfectly. The writing was excellent. I can't wait to rewatch it. The only problem is, it resignated with me so much that I can't help but compare other shows of a similar nature to this one. I'm just so grateful I stumbled across a show that I can love and appreciate this much. Was this review helpful to you?
