Residential Complex

This drama also revolves around the relationships between the people living in the same building. Each having their own difficulties and secrets and how they find support in each other eventually.

Both portray multiple families in the same complex/building with their own problem (coincidentally, both also have homosexual couple). While Residential complex main couple having problem in conceiving baby, chiikami's on the opposite having problem about divorce promise the couple made decades ago.

The story is similar, as four girls live in the same apartment. They live on the same floor and they have similar interactions and they slowly get together.

These dramas are very similar in that they both revolve around the stories of couples in the same building. They both also include a gay couple. However, Tonari no Kazoku wa Aoku Mieru does not have much of a comedy elements.
