Song Xingying plans to kill Chu Wan, but fails to do so as Yan Chiwu comes to rescue her on time. Chiwu is not pleased that Ji Heng has become the wife of a King from the mortal realm. However, Ji Heng has lost her past memories, and only remembers herself as Chu Wan. Chiwu is very worried by this. On the other side, Nie Chuyin is not worried at all even though Chu Wan has disappeared. He brings his subordinate to the mortal realm to find Song Xingying. He says that as he needs the Lingbi Stone and Xingying wants to become the King, the two should help each other. Xingying accepts the suggestion, and promises to find the map of the tomb.
