Saigo no Dousoukai

Takatsuki Isao works for a third-rate trading company. He has reached retirement age on this day and is sent off with a token ceremony. When Isao returns home, his excited wife Eiko is about to leave for a trip with her friends. As he mutters about the monotony of his life, he receives a phone call from an ex-elementary school classmate Sakata Norio to invite him to a reunion. During the reunion, none of them can claim to have had a wonderful life since graduating from primary school and have their respective problems now. It leads them to rethink that their lives are far from over and that there is still hope for them even at this stage of their lives.
