Zhao Yao asks Li ChenLan when he knew it was her vs. Zhi Yan. Li ChenLan talks to Zhao Yao about the Heart scrying mirror and the 1st time he gave it to her, at the mountain gate. Li ChenLan, Zhi Yao, CangLing, and Zhi Yan go to listen to a storyteller. The story is about Qian Xian and what happened to Zhao Yao's body the 5 years it was missing. Li ChenLan is not happy and forbids this "rumor" to be spread. Qian Xian stays to use the Wan Lu sect's library, but spends time with Seventeen, and looked at by South Hill leader for the wound that is oozing dark vapor. Seventeen is sad that Li ChenLan is now #1 in Zhao Yao's heart. Rain View Leader hosts a Hot Pot dinner, and they have a drinking game. Rain View leader officially gives up her position in the Rain View sect. She spends time with South Hill leader. Zhi Yan gets drunk and convinces Zhao Yao to accept her apology and her gift to her. Zhi Yan and CangLing say an emotional goodbye. Ming Xuan recovers the use of his power. Jiang Wu hears Zhao Yao is back. Li ChenLan's condition is bad and he is warned not to use his power. He Keeps this from Zhao Yao. He also privately talks to West Hill leader about what to do with the Captain.
