Both of the pra'eks marry the nang'eks for publicity (or the avoidance of bad public attention). Eventually, each couple ends up falling in love with their partner. Both lakorns have an annoying nang rai that's always clinging to pra'ek. The only difference between these two lakorns is that the ML in JSCY is head over heels for the FL and is not seeking revenge whereas TBSC's ML seeks revenge and does not easily express his love to the FL.

The male lead fall for the female lead but does not acknowledge his feelings and approach her in order to take revenge for someone else without knowing the facts of the situation in detail.

ML In TBSC is less mature, intelligent and more aggressive than ML in Lying Heart.

Both a kind of I-hate-you/don't-leave-me-relationship. The male lead always claims that he do not feel anything for the female lead but chase after her at the same time and try to tie her down with his possessive behaviour.

Some of you who watched this drama may have a hate and love relationship with this drama because of the deception and revenge. If you want to find a drama that has that same emotional baggage that it cause you while watching Plerng Ruk Plerng Kaen, I recommend you to watch Tra Barb See Chompoo.

Both these drama talk about an ML seeking revenge and hurts the FL in which he is falling for.
The ML in TBSC is seeking revenge for his mother who passes recently in his life on his father for not being the caring husband he should have been. After the ML mother passes, his father brings home women and her daughter which is the FL.

Misunderstanding leads to revenge plot. ML misundertands the intention of FL which leads to heavy resentment and clashing when they both in fact have romantic feelings for the other.
