Restaurant From The Sky

Both display the passion for adventure in cooking and presenting enjoyable food using local ingredients.

Both focus on the connection between food and community, and have their main protagonists living in rural northern Japan. The male main character is played by the same actor (Oizumi Yo).

Perosnally, I liked Restaurant from the Sky better, as it was slightly more realistic.
