honestly I came here for lee je hoon. and he did well of course. but i think it's a bit wasted :((( but anyways, the storyline was just so-so, just like any cliche romance dramas. there wasn't anything that super caught my attention. well they tried to make, 'a disable person wearing unusual supporting device' a unique thing for the drama, but i guess it failed. i dont find it unique in terms of it in the storyline. but i do love the story bout the airports, how staff work in there, passengers issues and stuff. although i do think it could be better. the osts were amazingg i love it a lot. i watch it in faster speed, but everytime an ost played, i change the speed to normal again to listen to it :))

8 is "good" and good means I liked it. 8.5 is "good +" or B+ which means I enjoyed it a bit more than "just" good. So yeah, this is definitely not a bad drama.

Having an airport as the main stage is a nice change of scenery. It felt refreshing to see how life of those workers looks like. Though the focus changed in the second half of the drama.

They tried to cover a lot of backstories with only small dialogues here and there which I liked that way. You don't always need a multi-paged essay about everyone and every connection/relationship people have. Sometimes dropping some words on the sidetrack will also inform you about the whole thing, so you don't have to complain about distractions.

I also appreciated that they displayed 3-dimensional side characters with the help of small side-stories which again were kept short. It made those characters more likable and got those actors some small time to shine as well.

The love story was really sweet and got even quite heartbreaking towards the end. The development was well done, it felt real and pure. And Chae Soo Bin and Lee Je Hoon... oh well, they nailed it. There was chemistry, there was magic between those two. Their intimate moments felt natural. That special charm between them made me so damn emotional at the end.

It was also nice to see familiar faces in smaller roles, for example Choi Won Young (I Remember You), Nam Da Reum (SFD and many more, this boy has just too many "younger version" roles, lol) and Park Hyuk Kwon (the make up and swords master of SFD :p).

Lee Dong Gun's role was the one I despised the most. I wanted to punch him so many times, my knuckles were itching all the time. Of course, k-dramaland had to give him some excuses for his behavior. But it didn't change the fact that Seo In Woo was one detestable fellow for me. But I guess he doesn't care much about my opinion.

As for the secret of the male lead... During earlier episodes I thought that it wasn't necessary to make it extra special for the drama because the normal version would have served enough story already and I didn't see the purpose behind the way they put it. But right after finishing I had to look that part up and get a bit smarter about it (I also misunderstood parts of that secret in the beginning). I came to the conclusion that it's alright. How they told that part of the story, why they chose to do it that way and that there is indeed not exactly a "normal" version of it in real life either. There are similar things but nothing would have worked for the path the writers had in their minds. Although I have to say that they shouldn't have bothered with that action finale. It was too much and the story would still have worked out fine. They did follow that certain thread right from the beginning, so it wouldn't alienate in the end. It was still unnecessary.

So, yeah, quite an enjoyable drama that tells its story slowly but without getting boring.

If you have some time to waste then sure.

The first few episodes were kind of like a typical K drama. Not good but interesting enough to make me wonder about the story development. This show becomes really disappointing with an unfinished look. What was it really about? They had so much to go on. Was it Airport drama? Or the two main character falling in love? If so where is the chemistry and why think up childish, flimsy reasons not to put them together? Or is it about the day to day struggles of Airport workers? Why didn't young-ju just admit her feelings back?

All in all mid way through the directors and producers threw together some kind of backtory and helped it hobble to the finish line. Really half hearted and the main actor spoke with his jaw and neck a lot. I only wanted to watch it for the main characters. A disappointing way to pass the time.

So I almost didn't even watch this drama but it just so happened, when it started, I didn't have a lot of dramas to watch so I went ahead and clicked play...I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't at all what I was expecting. Sure it had flaws and some parts got boring but overall it was a sweet and cute drama.

STORY: When I first started watching this drama, I just thought this drama was just going to be about employees at the airport but BOY WAS I WRONG! The writers really took me for a loop and threw in a lot more than I expected. Now I am not going to reveal the huge secret of the storyline because you wouldn't need to watch the drama but I still want to talk about minor storylines, which is why the spoiler alert is in affect. One of the downers of the drama was some of the storylines introduced in the drama. I didn't think some were necessary and some even overshadowed the main lead's story. I didn't see the point of the entire gangster storyline. I think it just added unnecessary angst and I felt like it didn't need to be there. I also felt that some of the storylines were dropped halfway through and never picked up again such as the whole thing with the main lead girl's father...We still don't know much about him. I also don't understand why we didn't see the main male lead at the end of the drama...what was the point in that. Not that it made the ending disappointing or anything, it was just again unnecessary. I also think it could have been less episodes than it already was...maybe like 12 or 14. The drama started out as a workplace drama with a light feel but gets bogged down by unnecessary angsty storylines.

ACTING/CAST: I think the best part of this drama was the characters and their journeys/growth throughout the drama. I also liked that it wasn't just the main leads that had interesting storylines and growth but the supporting cast also had it. I think that made me love the drama even more because I grew to love the support characters as much as I loved the main leads. Granted I will say, I was more invested in the main leads separately than together...not that they didn't have chemistry or anything, I just liked them separately and how they grew separately throughout the drama. The security couple were cute as well. I LOVED LOVED LOVED Lee Je Hoon's character in this drama and his acting was amazing! That man can put so much emotion on his face, even if it is just in his eyes. I loved him in this drama. He was my favorite.

Now there were 2 characters that I absolutely hated and still sort of hate even when the drama is over. I HATE HATE HATE Lee Dong Gun's character. I saw no reason to make him so mean AT ALL! I also was not fond of Ro Woon's character. Maybe it was because I absolutely loved Lee Je Hoon's character and he was just mean to him too. (Let's be honest, I was watching this drama for Lee Je Hoon haha)

MUSIC: I loved all the OSTs of this drama...listening to them on repeat.

REWATCH: I probably wouldn't rewatch the entire drama again but I might choose scenes that I loved to rewatch

OVERALL: This drama is just a warm and cozy drama to watch. A relaxing drama to turn on after a long day because you come to love the characters and the characters really make the drama special. Don't need to take it to seriously, just a nice relaxing drama with loveable characters and a unique storyline.

Should you? Would you? Could you?

You should watch this one (YES! )
You would recommend this to others. (YES!)
You could watch this again. (YES but in parts only)

What a refreshing drama! It's just a simple story of daily activities and problems faced at an airport with romance weaved in. But the execution by all the actors makes it so believable. There is such a sense of honesty here that it makes a delightful watch. Each episode is infused with an incident and yet the similar thread in all holds it all in. The lead pair are extremely endearing. The mystery is tackled well throughout (don't want to reveal any spoilers). It is definitely worth a watch!

I actually watched the first 9 episodes of this drama a few months ago, but since i was watching a few more better dramas at the same time, i dropped it for a while and eventually forgot about it. But i was glad that i picked it up again from where i left off and finished the drama at last.
It actually has a good storyline. It has quite an interesting plot and a unique setting as it was a story within the airport premises. As we know, there's quite a very few kdrama with this kind of work setting. It doesn't focus on the pilot nor the flight attendants, but more on the ground personnel of the airport, how they go about with their daily work routine, the different problems they encounter with passengers and flight conditions, etc. I can also sense some kind of promoting tourism for korea, which is, i think, a very good way of promoting one's country. What better way than in a globally popular kdrama world. And what makes this drama praiseworthy is their approach in every episode to educate the public in a much clearer way on the do's and dont's inside the airport. And a much noticeable way of how proud they (korean) are on how well Incheon airport personnel handle each problem or circumstances. This drama is all fiction but, having been at Incheon airport and South Korea myself, this is what, more or less, the reality out there. They really have good working habits.
As to the actors. Lee Jae Hoon, eversince i saw him in Tomorrow With You, he exudes this mysterious aura in him, that not many actors have. He may not be a "flowerboy" handsome like many actors but there's something in his face aura that will make you feel attracted to him (of course, im talking about my personal opinion). I really liked him in TWY and i love him even more here. And i think, he and Chae Soo Bin have one of the best love chemistry. I get fluttered when they hold hands, when they kiss, when he looks intensely in her eyes, and when they cry together. I can feel every emotions from them. Soo Bin, for me, is not the best korean actress but she is way way better than most actresses today. She can pull it off with any one she pairs with. When i saw her in I Am Not A Robot, i thought that she and Yoo Seung Ho have the best chemistry ever. But when i saw her in A Piece of your Mind, i thought, oh, she and Jung Hae In are much better pair. But now, i just finished with this drama, i thought again, oh, she and lee jae hoon is a pair to envy with. I think Chae Soo Bin, because of her cute aura, she can easily pull off a fluttering romance with any actors she is paired with. The OST are also very nice to hear. It will make your heart flutter more.

But inspite all that i mentioned above, i just gave this drama a score of 8, its because there were a lot of unanswered questions in my mind. Too many characters that has no ending and was left hanging. And the ending, the biggest question in my mind until now....

BIG SPOILER AHEAD.. (please dont read below if you dont want to know the end)

Although it has a happy ending, the big question is, why was Lee Jae Hoon's face was not seen on the last scene. It was only his back, but they never exposed his face. Why? I dont like endings like that. It makes me want to ask for one more episode.

Overall, i think its a very good drama to watch.

Need patience to watch this show

I started this show with not too much expectation but i was surprised. One thing was this was my first show where i could see airport operations. i am not sure i have ever seen people giving so much tough time at the security gate and i am a frequent flyer but i guess every country is different or may be it was just all made up. I liked the story and dedication of the leads towards each other. there are many nice lines and scenes i liked . It resonated a bit with everyday life of a human beings. Everyone has their own demons to fight and it was portrayed nicely in the drama. It is easy to tell someone to get over your fears but no one is without fears to them, their issue is the biggest. I was getting little worked up when both leads are keeping their secret to have the perfect memory of each other and then finally they went ahead and showed the side which can create lots of differences. I like all the characters in the drama very relatable and dialogues between the characters also made sense from time to time. When i was watching this i felt i have to visit this one more time as this is kind of slice of life type of story to me. Struggles showed here were real and i really liked that part. It has my positive vote.

Will love take flight?

He just wants to be ordinary. She’s anything but. It’s a rough start for these polar opposites, but as they interact more at work, can they become friends… & let love take flight?

This is a beautiful story about a man with a disability learning to accept himself & allow the woman he loves close enough to love him back.

The ML has always protected the FL, even before they officially meet. The scene of the first time he did it? Amazing! And all the times he protects her throughout the rest of the drama just make me love him so much! He’s so worth my swoons!

Even when he’s irritated with her at work he always steps in & helps her. There’s just something about her that draws him in which causes him much confusion.

For the FL, she’s intrigued by him. He seems like a walking contradiction to her with how he’s pulling her in one moment only to push her away later. But even as he confuses her, she’s drawn to him (& so am I!)

I enjoyed this look inside what it’s like to work in an airport. It was interesting & not something I’d thought of before.

The Leads are super cute together. I loved watching them go from being leery of each other to becoming one another’s person - the one they value, trust, & love above all others. They’re forced to go through a lot of hard stuff so I’m glad they got the ending they deserved. 💜💚

And, I won’t give much detail, but the whole portrayal of living with a disability & trying to hide it to protect yourself - I feel it was really nicely done. I also appreciate how they showed how it can be for both the one who has the disability & for the one who loves them. It brings struggles to each person, that’s just a fact. But disabilities in no way render a person unworthy of love so I’m glad they showed that message accurately.

As a HUGE bonus, we see Rowoon as the SML & Nam Da Reum as the young ML.🩵

A Simple drama with a cozy feeling to it. I wasn't going to watch it at first, as the description wasn't that appealing. Also, the first episode was just so so, with nothing interesting to display. However, the story had more to it than just Incheon employees. The robot parts twist was entertaining at first, as it was fascinating to try to figure out what was happening and why he had super human strength. Then, when it was explained properly his story, it became more humain and closer to a slice of life drama than a fantasy. However, I found the leading character dull. Not that the actor did a bad job with his performance. But the character was only presented as a man who hated his currant condition and was in love with the leading lady. So, that and the ending too. Too many stories were left open, questions were left unaswered and the final scene wasn't satisfying.

slowburn, nice for light watching but lacking in a few areas

i watched the whole thing. it's definitly slow-burn and the romance part is quite nice.
the whole plot has some flaws though. it's in some parts really uneccessary (too many flashbacks without new info) and some not detailed enough. character casting was nice as well as the acting within their roles. some of the characters made me want to twist their heads off - so, acting was a success on that part. Character development was lacking in some points though. same with their communication (but then again, when has that ever worked well in dramas).
regarding the male main lead's (mML) arm and leg situation: i liked the support-instead-of-replacing method (looks nice as well) but then again the super strength doesn't make sense - the devices are just supporting and moving his human body and mucsles. there is no plausible reason or possibility to gain the strength ability though the stability factor is somewhat more believable depending on the material.....
the ending? oh boy what a dissapointment. very rushed and nonsensical in the way that it left out basically ALL the information needed to leave the viewer satisfied.
not showing the mML's face - whyyyyy?
leaving so many questions unanswered - what's with the brother, the vice director, job changes among the workers there, the bad guys.... come on!!!?

overall i'd say the drama was ok. would i rewatch? maybe not the whole thing, definitly not the ending but maybe the good bits. do i regret watching it? not necessarily. it's got way too many episodes for the fact that it is missing so much information but at least they're quite short. and it was not completely unentertaining :) (plus some of the cast members are nice eye candy).

This was the drama that lent me to start with dramas again after a long hiatus. I loved it, I loved Rowoon because he made me fall in love with SF9 right after the last episode of the show was aired and I also started my huge love for Lee Je Hoon, I don't know why he is so underrated because outside being a gorgeous man is also a good actor, so please, give him some real love!!!
I really appreciated the mix between real life and fantasy (no spoiler, I know!) but also the adding of the personal anxiety issue, something that I've never found in other dramas!
The plot is also something new and different, and the two main actor chemistry was adorable, the end was a little fastforwareded and i know that 'im not the only one who noticed it. But beside this, it was a really good drama, that needs a trry!
