Both dramas involve the FL living another person's life (in Mask while being a doppelganger and in 49 Days by possessing a body). I feel like the melodrama aspects of them are somewhat similar as well.

Shin Ji Hyun was enjoying absolute bliss as she was about to marry her fiancé, Kang Min Ho, but her perfect life is shattered when she gets into a car accident that leaves her in a coma. She is given a second chance at life by a person called The Scheduler, but it comes with a condition: she has to find three people outside of her family who would cry genuine tears for her. In order to do this, she borrows the body of Yi Kyung, a part-time employee at a convenience store for 49 days.

Black is about a detective possessed by the Grim Reaper. Ha Ram can see shadows of death. These two struggle to save the lives of people, breaking the rules of heaven.

I haven't watched this drama yet but the premise of it seems very similar to the Korean drama, 49 Days, in that a spirit of a person occupies another person's body for a period of 49 days.

Ichijo Ryoei is the son of the Ichijo family, who founded a large conglomerate. His life is perfect, but one day, he has an accident and falls into a coma. Meanwhile, Morikawa Natsumi gets into a different accident on the same day and at the same time as Ichijo Ryoei. Morikawa Natsumi also falls into a coma due to her accident, but she miraculously wakes up from her coma.
A couple of weeks later, she is discharged from the hospital. Finally, she goes back to her home. What awaits her is Ichijo Ryoei, who is a ghost. He tells her that she owes him her life even though she doesn’t remember why. He tells her that she is the only one he can rely on, and he asks her to do something for him.
