Good but where's part 2 :(
I gave it a 2 because it was too violent for me. I clicked the +10 seconds button a lot when it got too gory.Also, I was bummed at the unfinished ending and wanted a part 2 immediately.
Sorry, I always make my ratings personal, lol.
Loved:
*loved the cast. the acting was perfection. Kim Da Mi is perfection
*loved the story's pacing; it was slow but never felt slow
*loved the dark filming aesthetic... randomly gave me BTS Mic Drop Aoki remix MV vibes? lol...
*loved her quiet relationship with her adopted parents and with the townspeople
*loved the subtle reveals at the end that actually did surprise me (when you find out what different characters actually knew)
Saddened:
*the story was too sad and violent
*so much blood... like, so so so much blood
*so much violence... cringe amount for me... i know, i know, it has a mature rating, i should have expected it... i only watched this movie because i saw a pretty fan edit on youtube, so it's my bad. but i'm being honest here, movies don't need to be that violent! let's just all chill out. let's stop making them so violent. plez.
*they killed Choi Woo Shik? I don't believe it. Don't kill his curly head. i don't think he's dead. i know he's probably dead, but i'm a sucker for redemptions. let's make him not dead and give all the character redemption arcs.
*the ending was cliffhanger? now i have to live on knowing she's still out there somewhere trying to find her peace? No! give her peace! give me peace! give all of them peace! it can be quiet and broken, but make it peaceful!
*ugh, this is what happens when i stray into the mature side of film making. sure, this was a masterpiece, but now i'm sad, so i gotta scurry back to the safety of my own favorite genres that have less violence and less heartbreak... until the second movie comes out. then i'll probably watch that one too, and skip all the violent scenes of that too, just so i can see if Goo Ja Yun gets a happy ending... what can I say, I just always like Kim Da Mi's characters and wish them well.

This movie.....If I loved it you'll love it too

If you haven't seen it then you have to watch it
If you like action, thriller , and super natural then this is the right movie to watch.You'll want more if you do.
My thoughts are simple.I love watching movies that have a background story attached to it.If that story follows the main character and turns into something like revenge that's even better.
The ending has a cliffhanger however the movie is worth watching.
This is one of my favorite movies to watch and i could rewatch it for years.You probably don't have a clue what I'm talking about so here's the first step.
Step 1(FINAL STEP): Watch the movie and you'll love it as much as I do and then you'll understand what I'm talking about.

Meh meh.
This movie was alright, but i have to admit it's iconic. There were scenes from this movie that went very viral, and the actors did a great job. They've worked together more than just this film, so the chem. of them working together is there, but the movie wasn't spectacular, it was just alright, nothing more, nothing less.Was this review helpful to you?
Coś dla fanów "Stranger things"
Nie wierzę, że film bez właściwie jakiejś fabuły łapie "dziesiątki" za najprawdopodobniej ostatnie pół godziny akcji.Totalnie.
Jak na dwugodzinny seans żółwim tempem poznajemy historyjkę małej dziewczynki, zbiega z laboratorium dla nazwijmy to mutantów. I nic poza tym się nie dzieje do momentu w którym zbierze się właśnie grupę takich odmieńców w starym traumatycznym miejscu z ludźmi którzy ich skrzywdzili tylko po to ażeby pooglądać sobie krwawą nawalankę po mordach za krzywdy wyrządzone. Seriously that's all about.
Tak samo nie wiem ile wspólnego ma motyw z nadprzyrodzonymi zdolnościami wyhodowanymi wręcz w laboratorium z taką wiedźmą wiedźmą ale niech będzie, że to inwencja twórcza scenarzysty.

Descubrí esta película por casualidad en Netflix y la comencé a ver sin mucho entusiasmo y sin ninguna expectación. Sin embargo, me equivocaba totalmente. Con el transcurrir de los minutos, la historia iba atrapandome cada vez más y más y cada vez estaba más metida en ella.
Algo que no me gustó mucho o que hizo que esta película no fuera de mis favoritas fue que no se explicaba muy bien el origen de todo. Sin embargo, respire tranquila cuando supe que habría una segunda parte, por lo que mis esperanzas de saber el origen no murió ahí (de la segunda parte traeré un post más adelante)
Si quieres ver una película de fantasía oscura que haga que te explote la cabeza, te recomiendo mucho la primera parte de The Witch.

NUU Q FILME BOM
sem palavras, começa bem calminho e depois toma uma descarga de adrenalina, eu fiquei tão vidrada assistindo que pra mim passou muito rápido, sendo que quando acabou eu fiquei "ué, já?" é muito bom e não tem enrolação, trouxe amizade verdadeira, amei o jeito que independente do que aconteceu a amiga dela continuou confiando nela e defendendo ela, e choi woo shik e a kim da mi... não é atoa que depois fizeram "nosso eterno verão" porque mesmo sendo inimigos tiveram muita química e nossa, teve momentos que eu até pensei que eles fossem largar tudo e se abraçar KKKKKKKWas this review helpful to you?

Au début, je me suis dit : “ok, une ado paumée, un peu chelou, des migraines bizarres... classique drama mystère tranquille.”Mais alors ???
LE TWIST !!! 😱
Je suis passée de “elle est fragile” à “OH ???” en 0.3 secondes.
Le calme avant le chaos. Et là... ça explose... 🤯🧨🩸
Kim Da Mi ?
Un MONSTRE (dans le bon sens hein 😅)
Elle passe de “mignonne en galère” à “machine de guerre glaciale” sans cligner des yeux.
C’est flippant, stylé, jouissif ! 😵💫🔪🖤
Et les autres persos… tous chelous, tous inquiétants, et pourtant tellement stylés. Mention spéciale à la bande de tarés qui débarquent à mi-parcours là, c’était du caviar de tension. 😏💥
L’esthétique ?
Sombre. Belle. Épurée. Tranchante.
Y’a de l’action millimétrée, du sang, et surtout une vibe ultra maîtrisée 🎬🧪
J’ai kiffé que ça parte pas direct en mode film d’action.
Tu prends ton temps, tu t’installes, tu t’attaches… et après tu te prends une grosse claque.
Ce film, c’est un “AH OK ???” permanent 😂🫠
Et puis… la fin ?
T’as juste envie de relancer le 2e direct.
Parce que tu sais que le plus fou est encore à venir 😈🔥

akhirnya gue decided buat nonton. dannnn INI BAGUS BANGETTTT. gue suka chemistry si female lead sama cwok penjahat itu adh gue lupa deh namanya. intinya itu org berdua gue suka bangettt, sama2 keren actingnyaaaa😻👏🏻
dan ini rada plot twist di akhir, pas diceritain dari pov si female lead😌 recommended buat yg suka mystery/action👍🏻

Gente que filme é esse... começou bem deu uma desacelerada para mostrar a vida da protagonista depois deu um 360 e deu uma reviravolta total e ai sim pegou fogo.Esse filme é um ótimo thriller e suas cenas de ação são ótimas me manteve elétrica o tempo todo. Achei o enredo muito interessante e bem executado.
A protagonista deu um show de interpretação, tanto ela quanto todo o elenco.
Em fim se você está cansado de filmes leves e procura algo mais forte esse filme é para você aqui temos muita ação suspense e carnificina. Então prepare-se e bom filme.

Que filme???? Eu realmente não esperava isso!E como tem o segundo a maior resposta que eu quero ter é: pra quê eles faziam essa crianças de cobaia geneticamente modificadas? Só isso que eu quero saber e ficou muito em aberto
O pai dela sabia que havia "algo" com ela mas a mãe mesmo assim quis ficar, eu não sei se fico surpresa ou sei lá, a amiga pedindo pra ela voltar, eu ia ficar tão assustada de eu visse aquilo que a amiga viu na minha frente misericórdia
Agora a atuação impecável da Da Mi e do Woo shik! Eu tô em choque lembrando deles como casal em our beloved summer e nesse filme, inacreditável! Não sei se gostei ou não, mas o filme é bom?!
