Yes watch!
This show was great!When i first found out about it, i was super excited and was waiting for it to come out and the first Tenish eps were good and such a roller coaster. the first weekly ep was happily ended, but the second weekly ep was always sad, but left me wondering what was gonna happen next week.
after some time the plot was kinda like everywhere and it started getting abit annoying how much the FL would refuse him, and the amount of times she kept going back in time was crazyyyy.
I think the show could have been like 12 eps or maybe even 10.
Though there are complaints, i would say the ride and the fandom made it worth it, and i barely finish shows when they are released weekly, but this one i did! overall the chem was good and so was the acting.
I would say a 9/10 is great for this show, would i watch again, def, but idk if ill be able to fully finish it since it's quite long and dragged out.

I just didn't like it. I watched this when it was coming out, so idk why i watched all the eps when i wrote down a 5/10 like in 2021 >_< Ig i was just bored out my f8cking mind. I think the original plot is slightly interesting, but idk what the point of the end of the story was. It was kinda random to me, like what was their purpose? also LK did not f8ck with the cast either. I think they did a pretty good job, but i just wouldn't choose them. took me over a year to finish....
I watched the first half quickly, and i had like two eps left before finishing. but i never got around to them as i think i got bored and moved onto other shows.When i was bored, i remembered about it and decided to finish it. I wish i would have just finished the last two eps.
The vibe of this show was very cut summer/ spring vibes and i have fond memories of the ML and the FL.
I felt bad for the FL's fiancé, but i think the ML and FL's story was truly remarkable and one where they persevered against all odds in order to be together. I liked the ML attitude towards the FL and they deserved each other after all they went through.
The 8/10 was because of the slow eps toward the end.

8/10 for me
I think this series was pretty good, i liked it and it really let the watcher feel the fears and emotions of how the characters felt. It was kinda sad how the friends had to go against each other, but it was greatly written. I recommend if you liked shows like squid game! most watched because of Kento Yamazaki, and i did too, but its actually worth the watch.Was this review helpful to you?

Too good yun ga-min
This show was incredible.This is my opinion.
I really think this show was great, i have like no complaints and it's probably a top 5 of this year. I liked how there wasn't romance, but let the story continues students in high school. There wasn't any forced romance, I mean. Yes, ppl where shipping different couples, but in my opinion, they just really cared for each other. They didn't push anything and ig it's up to the audience.
I think though there was more fighting than studying tbh, the story was good and i liked how Ga-min was able to become more connected to his mom and she started to understand him and eventually trusted him more.
I think the teacher's relationship with the students could be interpreted as a little inappropriate, at least for school in America, but idk if this is normal over there, so I'm not judging, and this isn't affecting my score. I get she knew Ga-min from before, but she was even buying them stuff, idk to me it might be seen as too much, usually a teacher can't even have the number of a student they only know from school. Either way i loved her character. She looks so young! Just watched the last scenes (the epilogue ig) I can’t believe she resigned, I think the students in the study group will be so devastated and it makes me curious as to what’s next!
Though i don't think the situation where a student is running a while app and making student fight each other for connections, is the most realistic, i think this is kind of an allegory for how corruption is very much real and when it comes to universities and high schools, they love connections and honestly, with connections, the impossible is possible.
Tbh i didn't really like that backpackers theme song, idk the rap felt a little forced. this is another issue which i won't get into but there was another song which i liked, but i forgot the name.
Hwang Min-Hyun did a great job and tbh the whole cast did too. They were also hella fine, like all of them were attractive.
This show was great and i hope to see Hwang Min-Hyun again in the future!

what was the hype for?
I watch this around the week it came out and it didn't click for me. Its sad that this show was the one that helped film in Korea get more recognition in the US, when it's not that great or revolutionary. I remember it was like on the top 10 on N*tflix in the US. They did a great job with the cast and they got a lot of good press for that, and the story was alright, but it wasn't entertaining for me. And that's the purpose i watch TV for. unrealistic, but good.
There is no wayyyy that anyone who doesn't have experience would ever be able to beat experienced fighters based on a little bit of time training.BUT ik its a show so ofc something's are not realistic, overall, the show was entertaining and funny afff.
I liked si wans acting as always, but i did find his character pitiful as he kept going back to the same girl lmfaooo. also his haircut was diabolical, suited his character tho.

Bro this show was such a waste.When i heard it was coming out, ppl were hyping it up and it was obvious the budget was huge, so you can only imagine how disappointed i was with the substance the show offered.
the cast was so good, but the storyline just wasn't even there. The ML failed to get his revenge, which was the whole point of him even going to school there, so the entire story fell apart and was just some stupid high school drama club bull. overall, such a letdown.

i often seen this shows cover, but it took me a while to actually click on it. I think they picked great actors who portrayed the character's well. This show wasn't dragged on at all and im happy it was only 6 eps and a season; it was nearly perfect. It saddened me to see Hwang in Yeop play a loser again especially since when i watched it was like a year after him taking an L in true beauty. This shit was highkey buns. I watched it years ago. like three. I watched it thinking it was going to be like k drama because it was the first j drama id ever watched. The plot was fucking weird, i deadass have no fucking clue how or why i finished it. When i first started watching asian dramas, even if i didn't really like a show, i would still finish it so they weren't just left hanging, idgaf now, but i did then. I think this show is kinda one of its kind. It's not every drama where they take this kind of style, and this is why i was fond of this show. honestly the show was kinda mid and that shows through my low score. i think it's the fact that i was feeling rushed to finish it. I liked the beginning, but eventually it wasn't the best. I found it weird how they were asking her to leave the son, but the director tried to convince the watcher that they have broken up. I really liked the actors, and the acting wasn't even the issue. I had the problem with the weird story. I think they kind of wasted such a good cast on a mid ass storyline. I think the story was just lame and strange. The two-boyfriend plot twist was interesting, but also the whole movie just felt quick and not very well done. I rated it a 5/10 because it was mid tbh. why so low?
I just thought that maybe the plot was kinda weird, I think it would have been better if he had become human, or done what they did in Holo. The robot was out from the picture and the model/designer ended up with the girl, this way it’s not weird she’s in love with a robot😭This show did it almost like a Chinese’s drama, the eps are shorter, around 40 mins and the ep count is way higher like 30-40 eps. crazy. the cast is crazy good imo and they did a pretty good job, just lowkey bad writing.Was this review helpful to you?
I didn't really like
I honestly did not really like the cast, and when i watched it like years ago, I didn't even know who woo seok was, and even if i do know i still do not really care for the ml and the fl. And most people don't really care much for the sl anyways, unless they are written that way. I personally just though it was kinda boring. The ending also wasn't amazing and i just wouldn't recommend someone watch so they won't waste their time, but do whatever floats your boat.Was this review helpful to you?
