Nang Sao Mai Jam Kad Nam Sakul (2018)

Both are about female leads who tries to get married and the various men coming to her life. In STSS, FL's mother gives her a dead line to get married while in NSMJKNK , she taks the decision to get married due to health issues. Both have the ML beside them watching her through the whole process.

In both dramas, the FL are diagnosed with gynaecological issues and are advised to have kids. Based on this advise, the FLs tries to find the right man for her. In both dramas the leads are neighbors.

Both reverse harem series feature a FL who's desperate to find true love/husband and goes on a journey to date these potential love interests, only to realise their true love is their childhood (best) friend/neighbor who's been taking care of them and helping them on these romantic quests all along.
