Its also a music based drama...with leads being Jung Yong hwa and Park Shin hye since fans wanted them together so bad in You're Beautiful... Its simple and adorable..

the female lead pretend to be male. the second male lead was the one who first discovered about the pretense.

Both are Gender-Benders. Girl fights for acceptance and falls in love. Coffee Prince has common life theme, while You're Beautiful has a idol romance theme.

Similar story about a girl disguise as a boy who was robed in to sign as band member in place of her twin brother and had to live with other 3 male members. Its a rom-com,you will definitely like it if gender bender kind of drama is your genre.

=> a woman uses her brother's identity and pretends to be him to enter an all male group/institution.
=> the main group consists of 3 guys and 1 girl pretending to be a man
=> the main guy and the second guy are both in love with the main girl
=> the third guy is very cute and has a cute crush on the main girl
=> the second guy is the first to know of the main girl's identity

It is the same plot. This Korean version is the best out the three shows (Korean, Taiwanese, and Japanese). By best I mean-- it's a "romantic" "comedy" and if you have not watched any version-- the Korean one is the funniest one. The Taiwanese one is sweet too because of Jiro Wang. The Japanese version is too abbreviated, not allowing enough time for all funny moments.

Ikemen Desu Ne is the Japanese remake of You're Beautiful. The great thing about it is that although it does have similar situations and concepts and follows the same basic storyline it isn't a carbon copy of the original. There are noticeable changes and situations that weren't in the original.

The main actors are the same. And if you like Jang Geun Suk in this drama, you'll surely like Love Rain too :) The two dramas are cute.

They are the same with the same storyline, but in a different language. The other one is Taiwanese, this is Korean. And there are different casts

Ikenen Desu Ne è il remake giapponese di You're Beautiful quindi la storia è veramente molto uguale

The whole 'Romance between artists from the same company' gave me You're beautiful vibes. It also has humor, love triangles, an arrogant male lead (at the beginning) and blooming love with hardships. It's an enjoyable and lighthearted drama that will definitely give you similar vibes. Also, an ending that won't leave you with a broken heart and tears.
*WARNING*
1. You're beautiful has a crossdressing female lead, so if you do no like that, it's not recommendable.
2. Many people dislike Park Shin Hye (I don't know why, Google it), so you might want to know that she plays the main character in that drama.
Give it a try!
