It has this very appealing story that viewers love, which is about this four rich handsome students that are called The F4 which stands for the Four Flowers.Their leader is the dark,violent and powerful (also cursed in a methaporic perspective) leader  that gives red card to any student that bothers or stand up against him in any way.The Red Card he gives them is a declaration of war which makes every student in the school bully this victim of the red card.

Our FL has a poor background but has entered this prestigous school with a scholarship. Her life changes when she finally stands up against the leader of F4 and declares a war on him. He however, falls irrevocably in love with her.

There is this very appealing concept to the viewers where the nice FL changes the Anti-heroic/villian ML and makes him become the best person he can be. She alone can take him down, she alone steals his heart and he literally becomes her slave ever since. Then we also have the popularity of the other members in the F4 group that makes a great deal of fan service with their charismatic personalities.There is a lot of coming of age growth in this story. This is a classic we can`t help but love.
