Both have a nice and cold guy within one person/face
FOE - male's facade (who he wants to show)
MHL - man and robot (who he wants to be)

Main characters both connect through AI;
Don't know each other prior to discovering AI (but in A Piece of Your Mind they meet early on but just in passing);

A Piece of Your Mind just started so no more similarities but we got time to discover more...
