Both drama showcase a strong romantic connection between the "technology made human" and an anonymous girl. Then later on the actual human who inspired the bot comes and causes conflict. Both these shows are very similar in many ways.
Both have characters using virtual reality and computer vision technologies.
In both series they have a relationship, feeling and connection towards a virtual character and the story-lines somehow are depended of these interconnection.

-Both have face blindness (Prosopagnosia)
-One of main leads cons the other due to the Prosopagnosia disability

Very different shows but gave me a similar feeling.
In My Holo Love, she believes she's in love with an holographic AI and has difficulties because she wants physical intimacy of another person.
In W she falls for a comic book character and suffers separation when they're apart in different worlds.

Insted of a VR game, its a virtual hologram "game" based on real humans.
The hologram is the reason why the leads meet, where in LBL, its because of the vr game.
Both has:
- Modern times.
- Digital tools (VR game on one end, and Hologram/ Artificial Intelligence on the other but seems like a game)
- Romance
- Light hearted romance
- Some mystery.
- Nice and hardworking female lead.
- Hidden Identity
- Rich Male lead
- Both seem kinda sad/depressed before they meet the male lead.
Both female leads, from each drama, have had some sort of tragic event happen, in their past.
LBL's Female lead: Left by the alter and not able to move on/finding your own identity
MHL's Female lead: Has prosopagnosia, the inability to recognize faces. Because of her "past".

Go Nan Do is the owner of an IT research company. As a genius inventor, he started the company, and all projects were created through his hands. However, the only people who are aware of his existence are his stepsister and the official CEO. He was a hacker in a major case 10 years ago and supposedly died while being pursued.
There's so much to compare about these two beautiful shows.
In many ways, the female leads are alike. Especially towards the end they both show a sweeter side.
There's alot of hacking and computer work etc. involved in both shows.
Holo is an holographic artificial intelligence program who can develop emotions, very similar to AJI3 a robot.
The companies both have funny/goofy/fun mood working staff (lead supporters) that add so much to the show.

The ML hides himself from the FL while interacting with her on a regular basis and saves her from the baddies, while she doesn't know his real identity
The ML uses his tech savviness and his hacking prowess to outsmart the baddies; like Healer he's good at avoiding CCTVs and hiding from people
The main villain has an overarching purpose to cause harm to society as a whole (like in Healer)
The leads knew each other as kids, and their connection is very significant to the main plot, i.e. the past very much affects the present
