should be nine & ¾ stars but that isn't an option

keiko kitagawa is my favorite rei actress . no runner ups , no competition. i absolutely adore her performance & her attitude in rei's mannerisms when she cocks her eyebrow or her polite rudeness. rei as a lone wolf , the writers capitalized by showing how she is an outcast & taboo. there's so much depth to her that plays off of her past incarnations so well. she's a beautiful mixture of the manga's cool & calm , level headed personality & the anime's hot headed , mala tang personality resulting in a flame so cold it burns. compared to ami , rei has a much more definite future. a lot of the things i like about ami are headcanon based & small things while rei is actually going to accomplish the things i want her to. i think my only gripes is how many missed opportunities they have. realistically this shouldn't dock this many points but there is no ¾ stars. like some of the things i want aren't necessary , but as a fan of the franchise there would be things i like being explored like usagi having this inexplainable connection when she interacts with her soulmates.
