The stories aren't very similar, except that they're both dark and each episode is unconnected. They both have the same dark vibes to it.

Also a horror anthology, short little stories connected together by a wrap-around about two girls camping.

These mini-series are both short format classic horror stories.
They tell a new tale each episode and are supposed to be a "story within a story", meaning the protagonist is being told or shown the tale.
I found they overall had a similar vibe.
