- Hardworking female lead

Differences:
- Song Soo Jung (My Only Love Song) is a top star who goes back in time

Notes:
- The male lead actor in My Only Love Song, also known as Lee Jong Hyun, is a problematic individual and I do not support his actions (do what you wish with this information)
- I mainly suggests this because of the female lead Gong Seung Yeon

both dramas are kinda the exact opposite but the same? in FCJMA we have a commoner about to get married only to be taken away and announced as the king, while in 1DMP we had a king/prince who forgot he was a king/prince and ended up "getting married" to a commoner ;)

Both historical with modern vibes and good comedy moments.
Love triangle between a king, nobleman and a girl commoner
FL is pretending to be someone else.
FL was supposed to marry one of the MLs but fall in love with the other.
Very strong SML syndrome in both dramas.
High officials plot against the king.
Both are lighthearted and worth watching.

Both are historical and centered around three MLs and one FL. At least one of the MLs seems to have/has secrets about his past. Both dramas have a similar tone.

In fake princess, it is a princess who grows up as an ordinary girl and suddenly finds that her love with the ML is in jeopardy because of her royal status, but in the Flower crew it is the second ML who grows up as an ordinary guy in love with the FL.

Four days before her wedding, Jae Yi’s family is murdered. With no one else to blame for the unexpected tragedy, Jae Yi soon finds herself the object of baseless and horrifying accusations. Blamed for the death of her family, Jae Yi might not have had much of a future at all, if fate hadn’t decided to intervene. Bringing the lonely crown prince, Lee Hwan into her life at just the right moment, Jae Yi is saved from a dismal fate, but her salvation comes at a price. Plagued by a mysterious curse, Lee Hwan agrees to help Jae Yi, but only if she agrees to help him break his curse in return. Unable to refuse such an offer, Jae Yi agrees to the prince’s terms, setting them both on an unexpected path toward love. But what chance does their love have of surviving when one of them is a former murder suspect and the other is a cursed prince?

During the Joseon Dynasty, a young woman named Hong Chun Ki is a painter – a true rarity in Joseon Korea, where Confucian values dictate that such pursuits are unsuitable for a woman. She was born blind but somehow managed to acquire a sense of vision. And now she has been accepted to the most prestigious art college in the land. One day, she meets Ha Ram, an astrologer whose fate is the polar opposite of her own: Although he was born sighted, he lost his vision in a childhood accident. Regardless, he is also in possession of an astounding talent that allows him to read the future by tracing the movement of the sky at night despite the fact that he is blind. The duo is sucked into the machinations of the royal court, particularly those involving two princes, the free-spirited Prince Yang Myung and the cruel, scheming Prince Joo Hyang – a man who longs to become the next Joseon king.

Both dramas depict a forbidden romance between the man serving the monarch and a woman who is a love interest of this monarch (king or emperor).
Both dramas have a fair amount of comedy and a flowerboy ML.

This historical drama follows a group of matchmakers during the Joseon dynasty who help clients find their perfect match. The team’s work gets complicated when tasked with matchmaking for royalty.
Both dramas are heavy on the matchmaking element.

Very different in tone, but both are historical Korean dramas with MLs whose job involves marriage and who have left or been forced to leave their noble class background.
