Absolutely loved it!
I first saw this on Netflix, and there is a very different synopsis there than on here, but even taking that into account, it's not completely wrong. Also, people are being way harsher on it than it deserves.I thought the story was great overall. Was a certain character's backstory introduced a bit late? Sure, but it didn't ruin anything. The romance was the best part and how Geo Ddong became a part of the crew. The second lead couple had a good story as well, though her personality wasn't as appealing. But he loved her, so what can I say? I love the actress though, since I also saw her in Business Proposal.
The music is also really good, though I am slightly biased since one of the OSTs is by Yesung "Drawn on the Heart." A really beautiful song that made me melt during the romantic scenes.
I don't know what else I can say, just that I'd be happy to watch it again, and think it deserves a better rating. Give it a try!

Overall pretty good drama
First of all, I really enjoyed watching this drama. That is up until the last episode. I agree with some of the other reviews that all the drama is in the last episode and it feels kind of crammed in there. Now if that lst plot point had been entirely excluded and it would have been just about two men fighting for the woman they love, then I would have liked the drama, and especially the ending a lot more. Sure, it is a super over-done trope at this point but quite well executed I would think. Either way, the ending was just not it for me personally.
As for the dynamics with the two male leads: I really liked the relationship between Gaeddong and Soo from the beginning and how their story progressed. I was a little sad to see the lack of interactions but that already made it clear to me that they wouldn' t be endgame anyways.
As for Gaeddong and Hoon, I grew to like them at least a bit more than at the start but my main problem was with Hoon. His character was so hot and cold towards Gaeddong and she just let him trample all over her sometimes. I get that he is of higher status than her (and he took her in but not very enthusiastically) but that never stopped her from standing up for herself in other situations. It especially bothered me when they got noticable closer and suddenly her pushes her away again. I get it was most likely because he noticed his feelings for her after she confessed and he knew she wasn't attainable to him but still, he didn't have to be that cold towards her when he was her closest friend at that point.
Anyways, overall it is a pretty solid drama and I liked the story for the most part but I don't think I will be revisiting this one. The acting was great, though I did not cry which is a pretty good sign that I wasn't as inversted as I usually would be.
I mostly watched this for Byeon Wooseok (no one is surprised) and I was not disappointed. If his character's storyline had been more the focus, I would have definitely given this a higher rating. That plotline just seemed a lot more well thought out to me and would have certainly made the drama even more enjoyable, but alas, it was only a secondary plotline.
Edit to add: the synopsis on here and on viki are very misleading in my opinion, which is most likely why I wasn't super happy with the ending.

Watch this if you're a fan of cheating
I could tell early on that I wasn't going to be happy with this drama, but for some reason I decided to keep watching. That was a mistake. As far as I can see, the entire premise is that it's okay to cheat. Earlier on in the show, the ML talks about not believing in love and making matches with the intention of the couple always staying together. Then he decides that it's okay for him to step in and ruin a marriage that he is under contract to arrange. In addition to being a jerk and a shady businessman, he is dishonest with both people in the original relationship. And the FL is despicable as well. It is difficult to tell, but based on what I understood from their references, she and the 2ML might actually be...half married? But she cheats on him multiple times and doesn't say anything until he outs her. I realize she tried to tell him the previous time they met, but I don't care. The cheating was already in full swing by then. She was also just annoying and unappealing. The storyline for the 2ML just broke my heart. I can't stand these scenarios where the good person does nothing wrong, but ends up getting their life and happiness destroyed. I can't say anything more here, I just get upset. I did like the brotherhood between the Flower Crew trio. The youngest one was especially endearing. The other one has horrible taste in women. That's about all I have to say. Watch this if you're a fan of cheating; otherwise find something better to spend your time on.

The start was pretty interesting, when they introduced the characters etc etc. But the middle part just got so draggy and boring. And the ‘interesting’ scenarios were all too typical. I feel like there was no storyline for the middle 5 episodes at all ... the storyline in general isn’t the best but the setting was good, like the idea of the matchmaking agency etc and the kings story etc but the small milestones were all so insignificant and boring. Personally, I really hated the 2 lead roles, I just didn’t like the fact that she fell in love w the matchmaker and I was shipping her w the king all along, it actually took me pretty long to realise he wasn’t the male lead zzz
The actors in this are all fantastic on their own, I don’t dislike any of them but together, I felt like the 2 leads were very awkward (not their acting but compatability in general) I just didn’t enjoy watching them at all and many lines felt very cringy and forced to me, even as a melo kdrama fanatic. However, this drama really drew me towards seo jihoon, i feel like he shone the most to me. His crying scenes made me want to cry too and when he looked at gaettong w those eyes, my heart melted istg. I felt like he really outshone Kim Minjae in this, which is strange since I actually really enjoy Minjae’s Acting normally. Gong Seungyeon did average too, she was great sometimes but there were some scenes that were just so awkward.
I feel like it has potential to do so much better, if they made a few tweaks to the plot and did some recasting. I feel like Kim Minjae wasn’t the most suitable for this role, he really didn’t manage to stand out. Seungyeon, however, despite her not fantastic acting skills honestly fit the character pretty well in my opinion. But they need to cut down the number of crying scenes istg theres at least 2 people crying every episode.
The couple that felt more natural and I actually enjoyed watching were the 2nd Leads. I felt much more chemistry watching them than the main leads. And the way the guy looked at the girl omg my heart beat so fast,, they cast him pretty well in my opinion, he had that seductive vibe LOL.
The music was fairly good, no complaints. Overall, this drama was meh. It could’ve been much better but wasn’t terrible. And I can see why so many people dropped it and why others like it so much. It’s a mix of typical cringe + a interesting setting so it’s worth a try if you think you’ll like it, I guess.

Now I know why this drama annoyed many and had low rate Although the story was a great fertile soil for romance, the romance between main leads was really cold and lukewarm
Because the writer didn't know how to express the feeling between main leads
Hesitating between keeping it platonic pure romance or normal one
And the result was definitely this Cold romance
The end was deliquescent and something weird in it
I loved a lot that women in this drama were having strong personalities
inspite of the 2nd FL were extremely Bi*** with dead face expression
And Do Joon was too good for that Bi*** 🤬
And I didn't feel sympathy at all with Young soo
I dislike his character a lot
He is so coward in spite he had a lot of people around to help him , he chose to betray them
and the end was too rush as if the writer remembered suddenly he reached ep 16 and he should end it anyway
In spite of all its flaws I really enjoyed and liked,
and i didn't feel bored
it succeeded to keep me going on watching
HOPE the 1st ML improve himself more and to see him in more main roles
He is really good
Kim min jae (FIGHTING)

So much FUN to watch !!
This drama series was sooo uplifting. The acting, humor, clothing and the storyline brought together an extremely enjoyable experience. The little qwerky sound effects were perfectly assigned.I am rewatching this series right now, cant wait to recommend to friends. The opening coordinated scene of the barrels coming down the street at first had me wondering if this was too absurd to continue watching. So glad I stuck with it because now this story is a favorite of mine.
Thank you to all who made it come together for bringing such joy to watch over and over.

A well-written story with well-written characters
I absolutely loved this one! I'm really not sure where all the criticism is coming from for this one. I thought the story was amazingly written and that the actors did amazingly well to bring it life. It's largely character focused and there's a lot of character work done, but it still doesn't skimp on storyline. Personally, I really enjoyed it and it's definitely made its way on my list of favorites. Was this review helpful to you?

For the cast, they've good chemistry even I watching their Behind-the-scenes. The ost so far they show us 3 songs but 2 has been released. It looks like gaeddong will end up with mahoon cause the story is about matchmaker live. But I'm scared that lee soo will become evil king if he didn't end up with his 1st love. Doojoon and that noble lady are one of my fav couple for this drama. You can see how they met and interaction so far so cute but it'll be more complex bcz of her father. And youngsoo is my favorite character in this drama, his reaction more like drama but at the same time it's looks like he has many secrets. So far I know thet he hiding some information from his friends, because he always saying kim soo name with lee soo(it's look like he already know from the start), he even know mahoon past, and he had more than 100 bottles of perfumes because his hobby is mix and match scene. What was that? ?
超级难看别浪费自己的时间I was recommended this because I liked Mr Queen. It’s nothing close to that “masterpiece”.
Maybe it’s not for me.
But the first few minutes of the first episode were quite painful to watch.
The way they introduced the so called match makers. They made them seem cool but I just couldn’t see that for myself.
Didn’t like anyone
Didn’t like the female lead
I felt like everyone’s acting didn’t come off natural.
I’ve never acted in my life so this is no direct criticism on the actors themselves. I’m sure they tried their best. Anyhow , I’ll pass on this one.
I couldn’t get past the first episode. But some have rated it 10 so don’t take my word for it. See for yourself .
