The first topic was an investigation of the actual popularity of popular things. They investigated the growing popularity of gorilla among girls, "Sendai style cut", and cross-dressing for men. They also asked people on the streets what is currently popular. After that, they investigated some people that had featured in the show. This time they visited former show assistant Kurara in her new workplace, the "ugly" bar owner from Yamaguchi (Ep. 29), the tan man from Yuigahama (Ep. 123), and the old lady who thought Murakami's name is Saito (Ep. 108). Next they investigated about songs which has familiar melodies but the titles were not commonly known. It included "Slalom" (the show's opening theme), "The Parade of the Tin Soldiers", "Somebody Stole My Gal", and "Legs" (Mr. Marik's theme). They later checked on various prohibitions, such as eel consumption prohibition in Awakawa, Gifu, and Anne Umemiya who was prohibited to have her hair black by her father.
