The first topic was an investigation of local mysteries. Among the things they checked was a weirdly designed toilet at a karaoke place in Ishikawa, a dental clinic which looks like a castle in Gifu, and a zoo in Oita where cheetahs and zebras live together. The hosts then discussed about the weird body exercise in the dental clinic, before trying it by themselves. Next they investigated about "standards". For example 3 PM snack time was influenced by an old TV ad, leopard pattern clothes for middle-aged women, and uchiwa fan size in Johnny's concerts. After that they searched for the most delicious tap water in Japan which was reportedly from Ono City in Fukui. They also checked on the so-called most delicious Japanese bottled water called the Sosei Monogatari. Matsuko later talked about Murakami's way of speaking and face, to which Murakami responded with "my face is Johnny's talent face". Matsuko then began roaming in NTV to search for men who were better looking than Murakami. Murakami then watched alone the video about "people that came to mind when speaking about X topic".
