The first topic was about personal news of people in Ogasawara Islands. It included a man who wanted some nightlife entertainment in the islands, how emergency cases made the locals felt like a celebrity, an old woman who loves to take photos of bats, and a man who made local musical instruments inside a tunnel. Matsuko then shared his intention to have a healing in Ogasawara, while also sharing his bowel problems. Next was the investigation of local problems which included an extreme difference of two exits of Takahata Station, an onstrich island in Nagasaki, and an overly painful acupressure pad in Fukuoka featuring comedians Beppu Tomohiro and Sasaguri Takashi. The two comedians were also present in the studio. Then it was the "experiments has never been done before" which included snorkeling with random things and how playing a Japanese video in reverse made it sound Korean. Lastly the hosts reacted and guessed to a ranking of the most wanted fairy tales by children. (Source: Griffin Seannery at kisskh)
