Main chacter transfarred from another universe
-Just like Douluo Dalu there is ranking system among martial artists where you can level up by usual training or by finding certain ojects(Essence flowers vs Halos)
-Just like Douluo Dalu main caharacter is coming from a fallen clan and making most power clans on continent his enemy
If you loved reading either of these mahwas you should certainly read other one.
These are very similar with little difference including the beginning and the current plot. They both have the main protagonist who was reborn to a new world which seems to have a sort a like rpg system in which they are ranked on their strength.
for example in doulou dalu there are levels as well stages = 0 - 10 (spirit scholar) 11- 20 (spirit master) and so on, it's similar in fights break sphere as well.
Both protagonist meets someone who now they considers master in which leads them in the new world as well massively increasing their strengths. the current story shows them venturing with their masters and getting stronger while helping others along the way.
If you enjoy a story of someone reborn to a new world with amazing talents to be considered a genius or "Monster" you'll love these both, however in douluo it shows the main protagonist using his knowledge of the old world while it doesn't really show or tell you in fight break sphere that he was reborn but at the beginning.

Ancient costume drama with interesting plot, charismatic actors. Both have Xiao Zhan!
In DC he is Tang San and in the Wolf he is Ji Chong, but in both he is eye catching actor who brings his character to life.

Both are about a bunch of youths, different levels/phases of martial arts, lotsa good fighting, solid CGI but the differences are….. The CGI of Duoluo Continent is closely related to animals because their cultivation is tied to nature, there is no political theme, production budget isn’t as high, just cos BoY has superb beautiful sets and costumes.
Tang San and Xiao Wu join five other prodigies from various academies in their journey of cultivation. Strong in their power, the seven students become known throughout the land as the “Shrek Seven Devils”. With their fame ever-growing, the talents of the Seven are eventually noticed by a few very prominent nobles who invite them to continue their cultivation at the esteemed Tian Dou Royal Academy.
Not long after accepting the invitation, the Seven Devils find themselves caught up in an imperial struggle for power between the first and fourth princes. At the same time, Tang San uncovers a long-hidden secret about his mother’s death. Suddenly facing battles on many fronts, Tang San finds himself forced to fight, not only to protect those he loves but to bring honor to his sect, save his country, and complete his quest to become the greatest soul master of all time.

Even though Joy of Life and Douluo Continent are different in terms of visual FX and plot, both dramas:
- are very captivating as adventure series,
- have a romantic storyline, but do not revolve around it only,
- the ML is growing his powers throughout the whole show,
- have great stories for supporting characters,
- ML has loyal friends and seniors who teach and support him greatly.

-Both dramas are historical fantasy setting
-Both male leads have a tragic past
- similar vibe
-Both dramas have romance and a lot of humor
-Cute and funny female lead
Honestly think that Xiao Zhan is one of the top chinese actors. Likewise i think that Lee Jaewook is one of Korea's top actors.
I think it's worth to check out if you enjoyed Alchemy of Souls!

- both ML in DC and FL in TFWY started as promising, but weak characters,
- both ML in DC and FL in TFWY were looked down on by others because they could not do something basic,
- both dramas have competitions,
- leads gradually train and grow to become stronger,
- romance in both dramas is sweet and cute,
- ML's in both dramas are kind and supportive

Similarities are...
-Immature FL that don't clearly understand relationships (difference between lovers and friends)
-(Kinda) Mature ML that is friend-zoned or family-zoned
-The main character isn't what that was thought to be (demon/spirit), not human
-Have family issues, especially with their fathers
-Misunderstands with the other lead or fathers
Douluo Continent feels less mature like a 2/10 while Love and Redemption is a 4/10, but both are quite enjoyable. Douluo is a full-on RomCom while L&R can be a bit more tragic.
