Do you guys think the shoe on the stairs at the very end has any meaning? 

1. It has already there when Jisoo and Gyuri arrived.

2. He was barefoot and she was wearing boots. Kitae was wearing white sneakers.

3. I believe it was Jisoo's because he was wearing a similar one when Minhee fell from the stairs. So maybe he went home in a hurry climbing the stairs and lost the shoe. The second pair can be seen on the hall.

But whats the point - really - leaving us with such an open ending and the shoe? Does it have any meaning?
