Both are BL series where the main characters live in a building owned by a trans or gender nonconforming person.

Both are Thai BL dramas with a lower budget and quite underrated but still enjoyable to watch between other series. Plus, both of them have some good LGBT support moments that I really liked :)

In both BL series the lead characters are forced to share a room in a dormitory owned by a trans person.
