Delight of a show!
Not the greatest wuxia, not an amazing mystery show, BUT...This is a show that's much more than a sum of its parts.
Especially after I learnt it wasn't a big production, that it's a small budget web series, I can't but marvel at how good it is.
Beautiful to look at, the fights look excellent.
And the actors are wonderful, the story well written with lots of setup and payoff.
You absolutely can guess the big twist early (ep1 for me), but it doesn't make it not satisfying.
The romances also work very well.
It seems unlikely to get a season 2, but I am still hoping for it!

Intriguing, thrilling, and will make your mind explode at the logic and the mystery that each tale holds. It's the type of story that makes you want to learn more but lets you learn bit by bit in each episode. It may be your typical "whodunit" but the process of finding clues and catching the killer, interrogating suspects is well told and it's just so... amazing. MIND BLOWN all the way
Cast
GREAT CASTING. I've never watched dramas from this set of actors before but they exceeded my expectations. The acting wasn't cringy, it seems so real and in line with the tone whether it was a time to get serious, sarcastic, fun, tragic, and so on so forth. The main leads and the supporting acts did a really good job of getting the viewers to feel like they're one of them and are with them on their journey. The acting was top-notch and never felt fake, they relayed their emotions well and the chemistry for me was there.
Music
This is the first Chinese drama that I've watched with an opening that doesn't have any lyrics and yet it was one of the best openings I've seen! The music from the opening gives you the vibes of going through a world, their world, and will make you want to watch in awe. Aside from that the songs used does suit the scenes well.
Production
What can I say but oh boy, the main reason aside from the story that made me watch the drama more and more was because of the amazing and very cinematic feel starting from the camera shots up to the costumes, sceneries, the settings... everything was super cinematic. So huge applause to whoever did the camera works for this, I hope I can see more dramas that are just as cinematic as this one.
REWATCH? DEFINITELY! Once you've finished the drama, I bet you'll watch it again to see what you've missed.

Hidden gem
Tbh, the title discouraged me at first but I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The story is engaging, the cases are different than what I’m used to see and they were very well developed.The acting was also great, the leads and guests all played well. I just wish for a second season because the ending of this one was 😮💨👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽💯💯.

Interessante, ma un po' ripetitivo
Sentimenti contrastanti per questa serie. A differenza di molte altre, le ambientazioni e i costumi sono molto più poveri, perché si svolge fra gente abbastanza comune e non in regge e palazzi. Quindi quella parte di spettacolo che deriva da questi elementi non è molto presente.Gli attori sono bravi, fanno tutti più o meno il loro dovere, ma senza gridare al miracolo. Purtroppo in buona parte, e il protagonista più di tutti, sono pesantemente ritoccati in viso. Questo povero Tim Yu, di nemmeno 30 anni, perfino sotto il cerone sembra una ex diva. Bocca e gote sono così alterati che mezza faccia fatica a muoversi, ed è costretto a recitare con gli occhi. Che tristezza.
Ho gradito molto il commento musicale, con alcuni pezzi molto belli e azzeccati. La storia in sé sarebbe molto più piacevole se non si trascinasse troppo nella parte centrale. Ok, c’è un mistero da scoprire, ci troviamo in un luogo dove avvengono omicidi misteriosi, e il nostro detective indaga. Muore qualche persona, ci si sposta e si ricomincia. E così via. Troppo ripetitivo. Ho seriamente rischiato di abbandonare la visione, ma ho perseverato e ne sono contenta perché si è molto sollevato nel finale. Ci sono stati alcuni colpi di scena che mi hanno sinceramente sorpreso, e non accade spesso.
La serie può ritenersi relativamente abbastanza conclusa, ma diverse situazioni sono passibili di ulteriori sviluppi e il comparire di un nuovo personaggio negli ultimi secondi parrebbe foriero di una seconda serie. Se la faranno la guarderò, sperando che mantengano il cast.

Uma bela surpresa
Esse drama por curiosidade não me convence no seu primeiro episodio.Mas definitivamente os episódios seguintes foram decisivos e me mantiveram preso na trama até o final.
A historia é realmente boa,
cheia de mistério, enigmas e principalmente a trama,
o drama sabe se manter movimento e ter um bom ritmo ao longo dos episódios.
Este é um drama Wuxia, contendo também uma boa comédia na medida certa.
A historia é bem interessante e ver o ML resolver os mistérios/casos foi bom.
A qualidade da produção é boa.
Figurino é bom até e as coreografias são realmente excelentes.
A OST é okey.
"See You Later" por Liu Qin é uma musica maravilhosa, nunca pulei o enceramento dos episódios~
O romance é bom até, existem basicamente dois casais principais.
Não consigo dizer qual dos dois é melhor, mas eu sou tendencioso pelo lado da FL por que gostei mais dela.
Também tem aquela vibe de bromance pra quem gosta.
Yu Tim como Jian Bu Zhi convincente, sua atuação é excelente. Seu personagem é interessante.
Rachel Wang como Zhan Shi Qi é uma surpresa e sua atuação é okey. Sua personagem me chama atenção~
Wang Yan Yang como Zhao Wo Huan convence com sua atuação.
Miranda Ma como Ming Yue tem uma atuação aceitável.
O elenco no geral é bom.
Minhas considerações finais...
Esse é um bom drama, com bons momentos,
tendo um bom ritmo, uma bela trama que se mantem até o final.

Diferente
Al verlo se nota porque es uno de los mejor evaluados ( por ahora) del año . La historia es distinta , o mejor dicho es contada muy bien y al paso de los capítulos se va sabiendo poco a poco los enredos de esta . Aunque hay cosas que uno va sabiendo antes , como quien es el asesino en cada caso (o por lo menos ,yo las supe antes jajaja) me gusta el sello que le pusieron a la forma de decir quien es el asesino , es algo que se ocupa mucho pero , quedaba bien .Los personajes están todos muy bien construidos y no vi escenas de relleno ( y si hay son las menos) . para mi todas fueron importantes y te entregaban algo.
El Reparto es poco conocido pero sus actuaciones son buenas y la química también.
Me gusta la Música nada que decir de ella .
Volvería a ver el drama y ojala saquen otra temporada , creo que hay mas que contar y mas enredos que realizar .
