Part 1: A patient with an amputated leg is taken to the ER. The doctors say that he needs to get surgery right away, but the patient refuses. Min Guk tries to push ahead with the surgery on his VIP patent, however, Hye Jin says that he needs to be more careful and study more about the patient’s condition. Meanwhile, Eun Jae finds out that Yong Joo prescribed digestive medicine for her nausea in the OR earlier. Part 2: The surgery on the patient with an amputated leg goes well. After the surgery, Yong Joo happens to hear a man from the factory persuading the patient’s wife not to file for the industrial accident compensation.
