Feng Xi and Dong Yue go to an inn and Dong Yue suspects it is a black market inn. Soldiers show up to catch him, but it turns out Feng Xi knows the owner. Feng Xi hands over the capitulation letter over to his savior for safe keeping. Feng Xi and Dong Yue sneak back into the capital, but Dong Yue leaves Feng Xi behind without telling him her true name. Lu Yuan Tong goes to the Feng mansion to get revenge for his son. Feng Xi shows up to clear his name and promises to find the killer in two days. Pang Yu confronts Fang Yuan over how he deals with Feng Xi. Feng Xi's trap lures out a killer. Feng Xi's secret black market inn and everyone inside is caught. Feng Xi tells Pang Yu he needs to turn in a scapegoat for hurting Lu Yuan Tong's son.
