There isn’t much to see here but
Well, I’m on ep 28 rn, and tbh i rly want to drop it but I’m continuing this drama for the sake of the ML lolCONS
-Too many unnecessary scenes and I literally skip forwards because even if you skip forward some scene, you won’t get left behind.
-The storyline, there’s nothing new here. I don’t usually complained about mainstream rom-com storyline, but the amount of unnecessary minor dramas between everyone here is too much. For 45 eps, they should cut it short to 24-28 eps.
-The SML is indeed creepy, he’s everywhere, i thought i’d see more like a mature bad-boy kind of SML but oh he’s creepy. The SFL, does all the evil SFL likes here too? she’s just annoying lol.
PROS
-The only thing that keeps me continue watching this drama rn, is actually THE MALE LEAD. Jesus, HIS GESTURE LOOKS SO NATURAL, I couldn’t help but smile when the couple are together. His gesture, his body language, the way he’s looking at the FL. This is my first drama of him, so yeah. Will definitely check out his other works too.
-The FL, well I don’t have much to say about her. I think she fits ok with the character, there’s def chemistry between the Main Couple.
-And the cousin couple too, they’re cute.
-Although the storyline is kinda meh, but the VISUAL and the CULTURE in this drama, loved it. It’s like I get more knowledge about the chinese designs, etc.
Hopefully I won’t drop this though:)

Just Can Not Watch Anymore
I feel bad that Zhang Han had to put his name on this. I realize the writers are going for fluffy but what they got was a hot mess. Any stars I gave were solely for the ML. FL is horrible. Everything a bad Cdrama female lead shoud be, Stupid, annoying, childish, unattractive. The 2nd male lead is a creepy stalker. The remaining female cast memebers are all typical cdrama idiots. Typical annoying, overbearing mother. Typical female assistant who would do anything at all to get rid of the FL. Can not stand that aspect of cdramas either. Are there any normal mothers in China who want their children to be happy? I should expect the female lead to be annoying 95% of the time in these chinese dramas but every now and then you get a good one. This was not it. Pl ignore this Fang xiao part
Fang xiao role is too much irritating and with that smirk he thinks he looks sexy....it’s that much annoying that I have to skip his part till Mo fei and minxyuan comes.Seriously 2nd watch....no I can’t tolerate this second lead, ruined my full mood. Lead actor and actress are quite good and story too.
Mo Fei character is quite like normal person passionate, hardworking, lovable, full of spirit.
Minxyuan I’m his fan watched his boss and me drama many times. His character in this drama is too good.... totally no nonsense.

Modern Day Love @ it’s Finest
A workaholic general manager of a fashion group company + a young woman about to study abroad. Can their connection survive the distance?Okay, I’m just going to start by telling you that I am in no way a fashionista. Do I like pretty clothes? Yes. Are they a big focal point of my life? Not at all. I mention this for anyone who’s unsure about watching this drama since the plot line revolves around the world of fashion - that’s not an interest of mine but I still thoroughly enjoyed this drama thanks to the Leads’ stellar chemistry. Even though I didn’t understand all the fashion terminology or the business decisions or even the reverence & value certain design techniques hold, I still appreciated the hard work the characters were putting in to make their goals & dreams a success. You don’t have to understand someone’s visions to admire their heart. 💜
This show falls in the opposites attract trope. He’s from a wealthy & affluent family while she comes from a lower income, single parent home. He’s the head of a well-established company while she’s still in school. She’s quirky, optimistic, & a dreamer while he’s more serious, task-oriented, & focused. None of these things are marks against them, I’m simply stating some of their differences.
Despite these things, though, this duo forms a friendship after an initial misunderstanding at their first meeting. The ML is entranced by her from the start, but the FL isn’t quite so impressed. Nonetheless, after their paths keep crossings & their interactions increase, she finds her feelings for him morphing into something more than a general liking. Then the annoying female wannabe love rival gets in her head & makes her doubt him, leading her to leave for her studies abroad without letting him explain. That doesn’t deter the ML, though. As soon as he’s able, he’s following behind her to figure out what happened.
Oh, how I love his pursuit of her. While I think the FL acted somewhat childish & petty with her refusal to just hear him out & trust his side of the story, I do understand that she was operating out of a desire to protect her heart while believing he was involved with another woman. Let me tell you - I LOVE the scene where he finally puts those notions to rest, confesses she’s the one he wants, & kisses her for the first time. It’s a fan your face & melt your screen type of kiss, which I am such a fan of! 🔥🫠 I’m so glad that this drama didn’t have any lame, fish-kisses but instead gave us lotsssss of good smooches for us romance lovers to enjoy!
Like I mentioned earlier, the Leads have amazing chemistry & it never eases off. I know sometimes, once the Leads are finally a couple, their chemistry & flirting kind of fizzles out {{ PSA to the writers - we don’t want that!! Make their chemistry strong for the whole show! }}, but that’s not at all the case with this drama. This duo is affectionate & very clearly attracted to one another the whole way through. 🤗
Once they clear up the initial misunderstandings, both confess their feelings, & officially get together - that’s it. They don’t let anyone come between them (& boy do the love rivals try! 🤦🏻♀️😡) This couple actually t.a.l.k.s. to each other when crud happens which is super refreshing (thank you for no drama-trauma, Writers!) I know others have complained about the FL’s “baby-ness” when she’s with the ML, but I didn’t find it annoying at all. I actually quite enjoy their duality - both were cute & quirky with each other while being strong & no-one’s fool with the rest of the world.
I’m a BIG fan of them not being weak in the face of the rivals or giving those people undue attention. They both put boundaries in place with those pesky “friends” who kept trying to pursue them & break them up. I think this shows that the Leads have respect for themselves & for their significant other. There’s no need to cater to & entertain toxic people. Buh-bye, delusional people! (Although they didn’t actually go away in this drama, this just finally clued in that they didn’t stand a chance & eventually moved on. 🤷🏻♀️)
One thing I didn’t like was the ML’s mother. Um, lady - who do you think you are that you deem yourself so high & mighty that the FL isn’t worthy of your family name? Like, really?? We’re all human beings, equal in value. I’m glad the ML NEVER gave into her selfish demands, though I wish she would’ve had a harsher wake up call instead of them just going about their lives & waiting for her to get with the program. BUT I understand it’s his mom & outside of this annoyance of hers, they had a good relationship. I loooooved the way the FL handled her - kudos, girl! She stood up for herself while remaining respectful of her position as an elder.
I could rave longer, but I’d rather you stop reading this & just push play to experience this drama’s beauty for yourself. 💕

My Honest Review
This is one of the best and most satisfying drama I have watched in the past two years. The story of this drama something that can actually happen and the situations they face are also relatable and their acting is so realistic . I really like the fact that the writers completed all the problems before the last episode and left it for the sweet romance and satisfying ending ...In Most of the dramas the writer rushed everything in the last episode as a result we don't get the ending we want but I promise that you will be satisfied with this drama .It's a Must watch drama! The writer have not just focus on the main characters but also gave importance to all the characters and didn't leave anything incomplete which makes the drama stand out even more.

Awesome from beginning to end
This was my first introduction to Zhang Han and Asian Dramas. It held my attention from beginning to end which is not an easy thing to do. Also it was interesting to learn about the fashion industry and culture. It's a drama that I would allow my grandkids to watch and I have seen it about 7 times and purchased the DVD.Was this review helpful to you?

It's one of the best I've seen in my life!!!I'm totally in love with this one..
It's story, cast and most importantly this drama has the warmth that most dramas lack..
Understanding partners are the best and this drama have it. They tend to trust each other even if there are proof against them and that is the best part.
I feel it is worthy of rewatch... I just wanna watch it infinite times as one time is not fulfilling at all.
YOU WILL LOVE THE GRADUAL LOVE, UNDERSTANDING AND WARMTH OF THIS DRAMA AS IT HAS THE REALITY MOST LACK OF AND IT IS THE BEST ESCAPE FROM SADNESS!!!

Here to Heart Cast Reunion
So far up to the 12th episode I have enjoyed the pace and getting to know the different characters. The production value is high and the fashion has been a highlight. I especially love shows that educate the audience on traditional arts and this is no exception. So far we have seen embroidery, silk weaving, and batik dyeing. It's mostly a traditional cdrama but it has had a few interesting plot points. Another welcome aspect is that so far three of the more prominent characters in "Here to Heart" also appear in the main cast here. It's nice to see them again. Zhang Han is great again and wears an impeccable wardrobe that he carries off so well with his height. Normally would be watching this on Viki but with the English subs already included on Kukan (YT) I am seeing them there daily when they are released. Love the drama so far and can't wait to see its progression. Will update my review when I finish watching it.Was this review helpful to you?

Bored
I had watched many drama of male Lead based on the story of employee and boss. All stories had some common first they fall in love ,then some problem then both sacrifice their love for each other and at the end ultimately they meet.Similary I had found in this drama ,but in 16 episodes they had shown both fall with each other then one's sacrifice their love with the thought that they are not compatible with each other and other not ready to loose so follow the one till end and patch up. I don't what will be in further story but I think I guess what would be the end.

Trust Your Heart
Hi there, i am not a Chinese speaker, but i find this drama is very captivating. It talks about Chinese Culture and heritage. At the same time, blends with love and modern aesthetic, the scenery is beautiful, the heritage makes who watches this drama gain knowledge on some of the Chinese Heritage and workmanship.Kiddos to the director, interesting story line. Strong emotion of the characters, added with family values.
You can see the development of the relationship of the main character and the ice cold attitude plus shy..Interesting. ..
An exciting drama to watch during this lock down. Good job everybody. Hope this will help to boost everybody spirit. Till then..******

Trying to get into it.
I have watched almost 50 k and c dramas and while some are harder to get into than others I read a lot of the reviews they are here for the ML. I'm really struggling with him - I don't know why. Love the FL and the the guy that plays Fang but I have no idea why I cannot get into this actor as the lead. Maybe I need to watch some of his other roles. Romance entre 1 CEO de haute couture et 1 jeune designeuse, avec plein de △ amoureux.CL attachant qui ne lâche rien.
Mais les français qui regardent, devront être extrêmement indulgents car la partie tournée à Paris est vraiment risible :) :) Les pays étrangers sont dangereux pour les chinois et remplis de bad guys !! Je ne vous parle pas du ML qui se gare systématiquement sur les places "handicapé" et de la composition des repas présentés...
Bref, à voir pour le jeu des acteurs, si vous aimez les rom-com.
