The outstanding characters are Si Feng (actor Cheng Yi), Xuanji (actress Cristal Yuan) and Haochen/Bailin (actor Liu Xue Yi). 10 lives the main couple has to pass, the phoenix rises from the ashes. The girl who can't feel will fall in love. The royal youth who is actually a vengeful god with a mission (Haochen/Bailin). All these characters participate in martial fights with phenomenal magical powers, intrigues, dreams, discoveries and the fate of the heavens covering everyone.
It's a story between clans just like in noble aspirations and the clans are completely opposite of each other...also due to past Life feuds and grievances the, ml and fl fall in love with each other in their 9th reincarnation . This also a very interesting drama to watch ...i especially like the ml as the efforts he put are really heart touching... although they get many misunderstandings in the way. U will like the chemistry of both the supporting couple as well as the lead couple ..MUST WATCH DRAMA!!
While Fragments is very different from L&R (a low budget short drama with an EXTREMELY simple plot) I'd recommend this one SPECIFICALLY if you felt like Xiao Yin Hua's ending was too sad or pitiful.
The same actress is the female lead in Fragments; she plays a similar role in terms of having a double identity, not being human, and being extremely straight-forward about her feelings. But in this one her love is fully requited and she gets her happy ending. Personally I like to think of it as being Xiao Yin Hua's next reincarnation after she dies in Love and Redemption.

Both have the same actress as the FL and take place within a martial arts sect for much of the plots. The FLs can be cold at times, the MLs are extremely self-sacrificing/martyr type characters. Both MLs give up their lives at the end, but are magically saved and fall into a lengthy coma, cared for by the FL. The FLs leave the room for a moment, return to find the MLs gone, and search for them, finding them awake a short distance away, and run and hug them.
Both take place in a fantasy world, where the characters participate in battles where magic, mythological characters (themselves) take part. The magician who is immortal, the young heir to the kingdom who has golden wings. A couple who are able to sacrifice themselves for each other (more of the male protagonist part). A frozen lake where the story begins and ends. This series has less chapter and less production than Love and Redemption 2020, but I put it as the second best drama of 2020, second only to Love and Redemption. The female cast has incredible strength. She doesn't remember anything from the past. She thinks she likes some guy, but she liked someone else entirely. These dramas are a powerful cup, but worth a look! Actually, when I watched this drama it was about 1 year, and I happened to watch "Love and redemption" last week, I thought it reminded me of something because female leadership is really great!

This series is wonderful. Here there are tons of fantasy (the main couple) is part of a mythology (that of South Korea). A magic sword that is stuck in the body of the male protagonist and only the female protagonist can take it out (but if you take it out he will die). But not everything is what it seems in this sentimental and precious drama.
