Mango no Ki no Shita de

IMHO, one of the worst things regarding this whole covid19 mess was hearing Western mainstream media, as well as many people here, saying stuff like "oh, well, most of the victims were already old, though" as if being old meant being a lesser person, less deserving of life. That's one more reason why stories like the one depicted in this lil' dorama need to be told: to remind everybody that we should instead treasure old people, because they have experienced many things and have much to teach us. Just like the old people of this dorama.
